Deceptive business practices!! A couple of years into solar…read morepanel ownership. Here's some things they don't tell you when they sell you a system for $25,000. Your warranty isn't worth the paper it's printed on. Whenever there is an issue with your system, you will get a notification that tells you there's an issue, but doesn't tell you what the issue is, that requires a technicians visits which is $180 I recently had a panel that is under performing, which, after a technicians visit deemed to be a manufacturers defect. So my kick ass warranty should cover this right? Wrong! The manufacturer will replace the panel, but I'll have to pay for shipping, which is approximately as much as a brand new panel would cost. Also, I have to pay for a technician to install the replacement panel. So when the sales person sells you peace of mind that the warranty will cover you - don't believe a word of it. I have long recommended solar panels to my friends. I have also long recommended not going near this chop shop enterprise. They are Temu version of what a solar company should be. Project management is a joke. See my earlier review for that debacle. Product support is an even bigger joke. I wish I could give zero stars.

Twice, early in cold February mornings I smelled someone cooking fish. The first morning I…read moresuspected it was our son preparing lunches. The second morning I realized it was the smell of a hot wire. I traced it to a sub panel in our furnace enclosure. Taking off the cover, I could see the melting insulation and read the temperature of the thick cable at over 600°. We called out an HVAC company. Their man made a good effort and replaced a breaker in the box. However, the next morning I could smell the cooking fish again. They recommended Jefferson Electric. Jefferson sent out a supervisor to assess the situation and give us a quote. He ended up going to buy the parts, replacing the entire box and solving the problem, removing our fire hazard. Price was fair Good people!

So many of the plumbing, electric and HVAC contractors are just trying to sell and up-sell (yes, I've had bad experiences with a few), but this company is honorable.

Throughout the installation, we had to keep calling and emailing them to get them to come to the site and do the work. They said they had finished. We have placed dozens of calls, and left messages and emails, but they have stopped responding. We recently found out they never applied for the interconnection to the utility companies so we've just had 4 inert panels on the roof for the last year.

I would say the best customer support I have ever received! The person I spoke with: 1) Answered all my questions in detail. 2) Was incredibly responsive to all my questions. 3) Facetimed with me to show me the answer to one of my technical questions. 4) Offered his mobile number if I had questions over the weekend.
