The General Manager came out, repaired it, then got frustrated with how to reattach the top of the unit, so he attempted to finish it incorrectly, which damaged the coil, destroyed the unit, which made the freon spew everywhere. He uttered a curse word and said, "Looks like you're getting a new unit today." It is now FRIDAY, we do NOT have a new unit. We have suffered through 6 miserable days of 90+ degree weather outside. Inside our house, it has been 90-100+ degrees at times. Varsity will not take ownership of their mistake. They will not return our calls. This is unacceptable and negligible. We have children, one with an autoimmune disease, 2 dogs, and they have not offered any resolution, nor have they offered fans or window units. If you have a choice in who you use for your AC/Heating company, DO NOT use this company. If the General Manager is this negligible and irresponsible, I cannot imagine what the rest of their techs are like.

He used a vent camera to find and show me that it was a break in the dryer vent at the 90 degree bend with what appeared to be insulation. I was crushed. It had to be reconnected in the soffit. Scott said he could do it! He had the tools and other parts. Well it was more involved that he thought but he kept at it and fixed it completely! Tested air flow and all is good. This is one talented individual who will do a great job.
