I recently…read morestarted working in my cleaning business, so I've been using this laundromat frequently, and Kim has been incredibly patient and helpful every time I've had a question or made a mistake , like accidentally putting in too much soap. She always takes the time to help and explain things without ever making me feel bad. This is by far one of the cleanest laundromats I've ever been to. The facility is always clean, and you can tell the employees work hard to keep it that way. I've been to other laundromats where I've seen bugs and poor maintenance, but that has never been the case here. Kim and the rest of the staff are always friendly, hardworking, and willing to help. Their customer service and dedication to keeping the laundromat clean make a huge difference. I truly appreciate everything they do and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean, well-maintained laundromat with great staff.

I appreciated that when they dropped off the clothing it wasn't just in the bags I'd given them - they were in clear plastic bags as well, to protect the clean laundry. The pricing was very reasonable, and turnaround time was fast despite the insane month we had in St Pete.
