Kim wasn't in the office today so I had to talk to somebody else which I was told her name was Rosemary the reason why I called was to inform bookkeeping that I paid my rent in full on 14 and while that was processing I got hit with another late fee on the 17th and to get that late fee removed being that I just paid my rent in full on the 14th. Rosemary got on the phone and proceeded to tell me that I was late and that's the reason why I got a charge. I told her I understand that I'm late but that other late charge should come off because I already submitted the payment in full. Rosemary then started to insult me and tell me that if I paid my rent on time, I wouldn't have to worry about a late charge and told me she would not help me and to call my bookkeeper the following day and hung up in my face. I tried to call back from my phone for three times but nobody would answer the phone. I called back a couple more times on a different phone number because nobody was answering the phone and when they did answer I told them what just happened and that I wanted to make a complaint and everyone told me that it's no one I can make a complaint with I feel totally disrespected and I think this will be my last year at Regency Village know once you have to deal with any disrespect when it comes to finance I totally don't appreciate it and wish I can get it handled.

I was…read moregiven two options for that district, selected one, signed the lease, then went to register my child for school. When I went to register her, they told me the unit was in the East Ramapo school district, which has a very poor rating. Now the only option I'm being given, is to move into a unit that has less amenities and cost more than the unit my lease agreement is for. So, not only do we have to find a place to live, but I have to find a place soon enough that she doesn't miss days of school.
