I was referred to Restoration Medical and it has been a fight to get the right medical supplies. My Insurance has told me on more than one occasion that I am entitled to at least two nasal pillow/cushions (see picture) every month, however according to Restoration Medical, I am not scheduled for replacements until every 6 months. It appears to me that they don't understand that though a nasal cushion is provided with the headgear assembly (see picture), you are entitled to replacement cushions every month. I've been back and forth between my insurer and Restoration Medical to no avail. I need my supplies and I have to switch to a provider who can manage my needs better.

I overheard him say, "I gotta take this call. I don't have time for this. It has to wait." As a customer, and as a healthcare professional myself, I find it incredibly unprofessional to be openly de-prioritized in such a dismissive manner. Is a manufacturer's call truly more important than a paying customer who is standing right in front of you, regardless less of the dollar value ? The courtesy of even a brief explanation would have gone a long way, but none was offered. To make matters worse, a young insolent and unseasoned "here for the summer", staff member attempted to start an argument with me, and another employee insinuated that we should have gone elsewhere instead of coming to a pharmacy for a notary. That kind of logic is baffling. if you advertise a service, you should expect and respect the customers who come for it. If your team cannot manage the workload of offering national notary services, then it would be more honest to stop advertising it, rather than subject customers to poor treatment and delays. I came to your location based on word-of-mouth recommendations, but this experience was a mistake. I will not be returning, nor will I be referring anyone else.
