WARNING ALL CARS SOLD HERE ARE DAMAGED INTERNALLY. KEEP YOUR MONEY AND LOOK ELSEWHERE. They sold an elderly Veteran a car that the motor was going bad. 3 weeks after buying the car cash the engine light came on and it shakes like crazy. He called to so they can check it and they said it would cost 150 dollars to do a diagnostic test. He called the service center and they said they couldn't do anything about it and passed the blame to the sales person, the sales person passed the blame to the owner.. Now my granfather has to pay a lot of money to get it fixed and be without a car.So the mechanic said they just put thicker oil in the car and erased the codes. read more

BUYER BEWARE I bought a 2020 Lincoln Aviator around four months ago and I also paid $3,500.00 for the extended warranty. When message flashed there was a problem I stopped and called the Vinita Green Country Ford on what to do. All they said about my problem was they were backed up so it would take more than two weeks to get to it. this place is a small town so it didnt make sense they couldn't help a customer who paid them $63,500.00 for car and warranty. I ended up taking it to Bill Knight Lincoln dealership in Tulsa who managed to help me and check it out by the next day. It was an air compressor for an air shock and a torn up hose. I also asked them to look at the air conditioning because it blew hot air on drivers side only. they didnt look at it but I was charged $962.19 because the extended warranty didn't cover hoses and labor. I paid more than the extended warranty paid so I can add $962.19 to the extra $3500.00. What kind of people take advantage of a recently widowed senior citizen. so BEWARE of these evil people they will chew you up and spit spit you out. read more
