Beast Mode Movers showed no remorse over the death of my friend that I was requested to remove personal belongings. Not realizing these movers were not in Ponca City because they showed up in Ponca City's mover's list as a top mover, I needed movers and was in a time crunch. When they arrived, I was requested to send the remainder of the fee of which I did. Then the job was incomplete even though I was telling them that I was willing to pay for the extra time. The 15 foot truck was barely half full after two hours and they were like "this job is already going to be over 6 hours, we need to go". (2 hours travel and receiving the truck in Ponca, 2 hours to move what was requested, and 2 hours return trip) and even though I was telling them I wasn't worried about paying them (and I was adding a tip on top of the bill) they were determined they were leaving to drop off at new address. What was done was rushed. There was a dining room table that I insisted the top had to be removed first. They were "we were going to move it as a single unit" and proceeded to do so. They carried it by the top and the bolts stripped the connecting hole and the table now wobbles until I can get it repaired. The questionnaire even asked if there was something that needed to be disassembled. It was only two bolts! I had to wait for transportation for me, but they were in such a hurry that I knew I was going to be there shortly afterwards. It was agreed that the furniture that made it to the truck could be placed in my parking space... they put it in the wrong parking space in the next building.

We hired a crew of 3 for the day. They worked hard and were very helpful. We did end up paying more than planned, but I chalk that up to the fact my in laws had done even less packing than we had expected, and they had more items than we realized, so time added up. They also came back at the end of the week to move a handful of things from storage, including very heavy, full filing cabinets of genealogy paperwork that is important to my FIL. I've used movers all over the country and know what a crap shoot it can be to get a good one. I'd done the small packing but they handled larger furniture and flat screens. It takes a rare talent to load a U-Haul 5x8 trailer and have a well distributed load. They fit everything like a puzzle and they did it in 2 hours. This is a company that lacks integrity and interest in serving their customers well, particularly when there is an issue. And, after reading these Yelp reviews, it appears owner Josh Keeler hasn't done much to curb the theft issue within his company for several years. On 6/18/26 2 Fellas Moving Co. was hired to move part of our household to storage as part of a restoration situation after a pipe burst in our home. Three men came, loaded the truck & left. Shortly after they left, we realized our jewelry had been stolen. (Engagement, wedding & 40th anniversary rings & more) We called for the moving truck to be sent back, which it was. Several managers & owners were present. Kyle, the 2 Fellas manager, was rude, condescending, dismissive, complacent & had a total lack of empathy. He suggested the truck be completely unloaded (by the same men who stole the jewelry), which we declined. Ultimately, nothing was recovered. We asked that the owner, Josh Keeler, get a new crew to finish moving our job, which he did. We filed a police report. That evening, we Google searched the movers names with two results showing for two of the three men: 1. a FB post described the exact same theft situation with the same two men less than two months previous (4/24/26) while they worked at another moving company 2. a recent violent felony charge on file for one of the men 3. We texted those search results to 2 Fellas owner Owner of 2 Fellas, Josh Keeler, showed up unannounced early the next day to visit with us. He let us know he "had no idea", that he had fired the two suspected thieves, he "apologized" & left. He never offered compensation. Two weeks later, we reached out to Josh Keeler to ask what his company's policy was regarding compensation. He emailed saying insurance would contact us likely that day. After another two weeks and several "you'll hear something soon", we received a voicemail asking for us to return the call, which we have done four different times with no response thus far.

On the day of my move, there were complications with a prior booking that forced them to run hours later than we had planned. The situation was out of their control, and the manager called me several times to keep me posted on what was happening and to let me know the adjustments they were making to ensure my move was taken care of. As soon as he could, the manager arrived and began moving my furniture until the other workers could get there. There were a total of 5 movers (other than the manager) who worked on my move and they completed the work in 2 hours. Each worker was super friendly and hard-working. I've moved many times and the You Move Me workers were by far the quickest and the best movers I've hired. No move is ever perfect, and I would rather hire a company that I know can be responsive if anything does pop up. They have great customer service from the national booking representative to the staff moving my furniture. Everyone at this company worked hard to make my move quick and easy (and inexpensive!). Although I hope it is a while before my next move, I will definitely hire them again and I recommend them highly to anyone else hiring movers.
