With the Waco Wine Tour you get to stop at three wineries and sample about 5-6 samples at each winery. I found some great wine I liked and our tour guide Joey was amazing! Our guide was friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and answered every random question we could think of. He let us have alone time, giving us the right amount or privacy, but was always engaging and positive when we wanted to include him in girl time. I'm so glad I got this as my first wine tour experience, and if I'm ever in the area, I will have to come back and take the tour again... as well as buy some delicious wine!

The bus group was a cool one too. After the 1st winery we were all happy and singing lol. The tour is around $150 per person and it includes 2 wineries (4 different wine tasting on each), a 3 full course meal at a steak house with 3 wine tasting at the restaurant and the bus trip to all the places. You get picked up at the embassy hotel at 5:30 and by 10:30 they are bringing you back. The restaurant was a disappointment. Last time the tour took us to a nice steak house. This time the place was a glorified TX Road house/sport bar and that is why I won't give them the 5 stars. But everything else was great and I will definitely do this tour again.

The dog (buddy - good luck finding your dad) greeted us. We stood around in the "shop" area for 2-3 minutes before we started to look for someone. The actual "tasting" bar is down near the outside patio. We found the hostess and were the only ones there. $15 for 6 tastes (we got 7 since another club member bottle had been opened previously). Pours are on the light side. The wines are generally dry red, but some sweet options are available. The hostess was fine - but was rather dry/dull. We ended up purchasing a bottle and sipping a glass outside on the patio. The view is quite nice and it's relaxing. A few other guests arrived after we finished our tasting - but it was far from busy (we drove by the other location on our way and it was full). A good winery stop for the day - bring some snacks and grab a bottle to hang out on the patio.

He is so friendly and knowledgeable, he designed everything on the winery so I would drive all the way to Meridian just to listen to him. Now the wines; the wines were interesting and reasonably priced. I particularly liked La Reina Tempranillo, Melrot and the Cab/Tempranillo blend. We tried around 7 wines in total, all of them (I'm not kidding) are really good wines. We stayed with dry reds so don't know about their whites. I loved the unpretentious setting and rustic ambiance, definitely will be back!

He was super responsive and able to get us in on the upcoming Saturday. The bus itself is really nice, great sound system. Rick and Erica texted us before we arrived to ask if we wanted an array of coffee from the coffee bar on board and we were greeted with our orders. We also had so many snacks and drinks available. One of the greatest things is that this isn't a preselected tour and you can go where you please during the allotted time. They even dropped us in town for dinner at the end of our time. We can't thank them enough and highly recommend using this service in Fredericksburg. Thanks for making our girls trip amazing!

Went on the beer tour around Temple. Took you from the BJs tasting room (not to be confused with…read morethe restaurant) where we were given a flight of 4 beers of our choosing. Then we bought a beer to go for the bus ride over to Bold Republic in Belton where we got another flight of 4 beers of our choosing. Final stop was at Fire Base Brewing where we got a set flight of 4 beers. I was slightly disappointed in the set flight just because I knew right away I wasn't going to like 2 of the beers (because I never like those kinds). Bold Republic and Fire Base both brought the tour back to the tanks for an optional info session and photo opportunities while learning a ton about how each brewery started and how they make their beers. The staff was super friendly and fun! They made sure we stayed on time without being pushy. The final stop is fairly close to the beginning location, so you can always just tell the staff you're going to stay/walk back if you didn't want to wait. Bus was clean and the tables in the back were great for conversations with other guests. Overall, would I do it again? Definitely!

It is absolutely beautiful. We were the only ones there and it was so nice to sit outside and enjoy the birds and beautiful scenery while we had our wine. I ordered a glass of their Tempranillo and my friend ordered the Comanche Rose. Both were absolutely delish. We were greeted at the door and she was very knowledgeable about all the different wines they had. Which is great because a lot of times it doesn't happen like that. We had a charcuterie board and it was really good! The people working at the winery are top notch! The ambiance is great.
