The employee told me in order to return the extensions "they must be in good condition" in order to get store credit/exchange. They were way too thin for my hair so I came right back to the store an hour later and they told me I couldn't return them because I opened the package.... then they proceeded to tell me the return policy is that the package must be unopened. "Unopened" and in "good condition" are TWO ENTIRELY different things. I have never purchased extensions before, I specifically voiced my concerns that they might be too thin and wanted to know what the return policy was. I would not have even purchased them if I knew I couldn't open the package. The manager only offered to give me a discount if I bought more extensions and refused to give me store credit. This is really unfair and borderline deceptive trade practices. I would be very cautious about what you buy and be very clear about what the return/exchange policy is before you spend any money here!!!!!!!!!

It was at the front of the store again when my husband looked up and made eye contact with a man behind the counter, who subtlely shook his head at him. Found The Sewing Studio and ordered a yard of the fabric. I called the store on Monday morning to see if I could pay to have the fabric sent overnight so that I could get the quilt top completed. It was donated to our QOV group with the request we help get the three completed and sent back to be quilted. She will then send it on to a quilt store in Maui to be distributed to those in need. They sent it to me overnight and didn't charge me extra. I live in California and won't have the pleasure of visiting their shop but will definitely purchase more fabric on line, without the extra shipping requests. Many, many thanks to the wonderful women who helped me divert a disaster.

They've always taken my old fixtures, light bulbs, and other home repair related items without much question. The employees are all always friendly and helpful. On the other hand, the prices in the store are typically outrageous on furniture that is barely above junk status.
