The bud tenders were all friendly and knowledgeable and happy to share that knowledge with me. Today's purchase was adult pick stix and some caramel chocolates, I'd been given a 10%off coupon from the Marijuana Mansion and they even gave me $5 off for signing up for their loyalty program. This place is bunk! Ive to both locations -Cherry Creak and Denver - both had old flower that were in airtight bags filled with air???? The dates stamped on the bags was 6 months from the date I was there. The flower was CRISPY and dusty. Shame. Good dispensaries show the flower or have clear packaging, total sham. I bought these junk Cartridges the old, rounder guy at the Denver location said were "great" and "CLEAN "- as it said on the packaging - they had a moldy taste and LOTs of pine additive to try to hide the mold. Total junk - how can this place sell this crap. Dont go here - Raw Garden carts are the only worthy purchase and they only have those at Cherry Creek. Good brands and selections of concentrate and nice employees but I'm not leaving five stars for a very good reason the green dragon pre-rolls are the worst pre-rolls ever made in the entire universe and they only have half gram ones. Everything single time I've smoked a green dragon preroll once it gets small it stops hitting turns rock hard and the filter starts to form resin on the top enough to get it on ur lips . Every single time. Literally ever single time. this place is usually friendly and most budtenders are helpful. they have good deals too. i just absolutely hate when they take my ID for a field trip around the store without telling me. i go to get cash and then i turn around and am missing my ID. i know there's legality involved with passing the ID around but can budtenders at least stay in sight and not take my ID to the other side of the store without me being physically present? i don't think that's a big ask. read more

I have been patronizing this business for six months with nothing but great service and people. Today, wanting just one preroll, I researched my choices. The bearded young man with a baby face was asked the difference between a blunt and a preroll. On the website, Guptilla was offered as a blunt only and not listed as a preroll. Knowing that a blunt was a better bang for the buck at 1g vs. a half, I asked for Guptilla. I wondered why I got back more change than expected and returning home a block away, discovered that I had been sold a preroll on the receipt. Never touched the tube. Within 10 minutes I was back and told the guy that he'd made a mistake and that I wanted a blunt. He never asked which I wanted and then refused an exchange. He was insincerely polite and soooo fake. "I'm sorry ma'am it comes both ways". Then why the hell didn't he ask which I preferred. Ma'am irritates me anyway. I wish I had his name. I have never seen him before and he was alone. This incident inspires me to choose another dispensary despite my having been a loyal customer since my move to Denver from CA in November. REALLY, REALLY disappointing!!! read more

This is the worst dispensary in the Denver area. If I could give them 0 stars I would have. I have spent over 150 on cartridges that don't even work with the battery I purchased there. I've been back multiple times to try to let them make it right. Today was the last time I'll be in the establishment. The manager told me that the only way he could exchange the cart is if I had the package. I commuted all the way home, and came back to the dispensary. Then when I returned with what he requested, he denied the exchange due to it being two days outside of the window of exchange. Johnothan the manager is extremely unprofessional. I was very respectful and kind to him, and he incessantly was rude. I asked to see who his manager was, or who I file a complaint with, and he said, "send an email." I had to call another store to get the actual support number. I returned to ask him to delete my account and information, and he refused. Saying it's impossible, but to just not come back and it won't matter. This is a poor representation of how dispensaries should operate. Then when I said ok, I'll just have to start shopping somewhere else, he sarcastically elevates his voice to patronize me by saying, "have a great night and come again." Just not how business should be handled in any retail setting. After this encounter he then reiterates that the vapes and the cartridges aren't even worth the money. I find that interesting, when he was the one who made the initial sale of the product. He highly recommended it upon purchase. Dispensaries are all around the city,and unfortunately this one misses the mark. I honestly would save your money, and find a dispensary with quality product. Disclaimer: I can only speak to their edible selection and customer service. That being said, both are excellent! I drove nearly forty minutes round trip to shop there (they are open later than any of my local dispensaries) and was glad I did! I used to love this place The location is awesome, got there at 7:30 with four people in front of me which all took 10 minutes at 8 o'clock the manager comes out and says I'm not serving anybody because I have to drive to Fairplay. That is the worst manager ever if he was in my shoes and standing there for half an hour he would be pissed too so lone behold I will never be shopping at Green Dragon again especially because it's right by my house I'll drive somewhere else. He had three people left in line he said I can only except three people at a time well why don't you except those 30 well I have to close and drive to Fairplay so this is your fucking job You're the manager you should be treating people well. So I have changed my stars to five because once again this place is awesome the people are always friendly I just had this one incident that was not OK with me and they have contacted me and giving me compensation a penny joint for the hassle on Thursday. Which is awesome because it shows how much they really do care about their customers. As well of the owner reaching out to me today stating how sorry he was about this and how much it hurt to hear that this happened. So I am really happy that they have fix this problem so once again I will be returning to Green Dragon because they have the best prices that you can get and you can't beat a 4min walk. read more
