I used to be a big fan of this place until today they wronged me and refused to make it right. This location has been running a monthly promotion since April. In late April i asked a bud tender if I had to use my accrued discount (20%) in the month of April. They said no and no where on the card does it say the deal expires at any point. Long story short, I went in to today and the manager refused to honor to the 20% discount. I pointed out to the manager the bud tender that told me otherwise, all the manager said was "awh sorry for the miscommunication." In cannabis industry, the service industry, or in any industry that is customer facing, when you as a business or your employees mess up you make it right. I went in twice. I really liked the ladies on staff they were so sweet and kind! Both times. Customer service is excellent, but the products are not. The products I bought there though have not been great. I don't think they understand that just because everywhere sells similar products doesn't mean they are good. This place has significantly gone downhill. Was a medical member, and received no notice that they were closing the med side. Most recent visit, was sold flower from August-four months old. Anyway, here's the good stuff: Present your Bluebird card for 10% off your order. Write a review on Yelp, Facebook, Weedmaps, or Google - each review will knock $5 from your bill. They have a good selection, but in my opinion, I think they could further expand their edibles selection. I'd love some higher quality options, maybe some that are sativa-based, please! I think their prices are a tiny bit higher than most other dispensaries. They have Coda chocolates. I repeat, Coda chocolates in da house! The sales are good, I try to wait for them. Most of the workers here are very friendly and knowledgeable. There was only one guy who didn't know much about the buds being sold. He couldn't really describe the notes of the specific strains. I think he should have tried to refer us or ask his colleague to help out but instead we stood there feeling a little confused about the selection. The Apple store of dispensaries. Truth be told, this is the first dispensary I visited, so I don't have much to compare it to, but it was a great experience. After walking in and going through the entry process of age verification, I was greeted by a friendly woman who was going to be my guide through the shopping experience. As we walked around the store, it had that boutique/Apple Store feel. There were white lighted display cases that had large buds featured under direct lighting. Each one had a placard with the strain name, type, and strength listed. The woman walked me through the different options and effects of each. From there, we visited another case with oils, shatter, and vaping options. Finally they have a wall filled with edible, drinkable, and patch options. From start to finish, the experience was pleasant, informative, and memorable. I would say this is the kind of business I would frequent if I lived in the area. read more

Since these haven't been around for all that long, it's hard to judge what the "Industry Standard" is for dispensaries. I was extremely impressed with the professionalism and pride the staff took in their work. They knew their products backwards and forwards. They new the right questions to ask to help me choose the right strain and at no point was I made to feel dumb for knowing so little. If this is "standard" behavior for a good dispensary then I hope other industries will take notice and work on their customer service, because the shopping experience I had coming in here was fantastic!!! This was our 3rd and final dispensary visit while visiting CO and I thought this place was legit and definitely my favorite one we visited. The staff was incredibly friendly and the showroom was classy and cool, not flashy and over the top like goodchem. Now don't get me wrong, I liked goodchem, but this place is nicer and they have the bud out and displayed on cute little plates to look at. Short version: The vape pen they sold me broke after two uses, and they refused to give me a replacement or refund. Long version: My very awesome friend bought me a 3-in-1 Private Label vape pen from Groundswell after my old vape pen broke. After smoking out of it twice, I noticed that it tasted like burning plastic. I took the product in it's original packaging, with the receipt, back to the store to either get a replacement or a refund. Since it had only been purchased 10 days ago, I thought it wouldn't be a problem. Boy, was I wrong! Long story short, I spoke to three people on two separate occasions--two of them managers--who all told me different things. Salesperson #1 told me a Colorado law had just passed that made it "illegal" for them to take back vape pens, and that she didn't think they could accept any returns. Manager #1 told me that all I had to do was to return the vape pen to the company, and that they would send a new vape pen to the store, and I could come pick it up. This didn't make a lot of sense to me, but I tried calling Private Label anyway. Here's the problem--the company is based in China, and there is no customer service number, or company website, anywhere on the interwebs. What the what? Finally, I called Manager #2. He told me that they would never give me a new vape pen, or my money back, and that Manager #1 had been wrong. He didn't seem to care that my friend wasted $50 on a product from his store that does not work, or that I had wasted several hours trying to figure out how to return the damn thing per Manager #1's advice. His only suggestion was to call their wholesaler (VAPE USA) to try to get a refund. Of course, when I called them they said that they don't give refunds to customers--that's the job of the retailer. I told them that I agree. As someone who has been working in retail since I was old enough to operate a cash register, I was amazed by Manager #2's lack of customer service skills, and the fact that he didn't even offer a small gift certificate or future discount for my inconvenience. I was also surprised by the lack of employee knowledge regarding their return policy. This is just bad business practice, plain and simple. SO, if you are in the market for a vape pen, avoid this place at all costs. I ended up going to Denver Electronic Cigarettes, which I would highly recommend.
