Those we'd tried charged a lot but did as little as possible, and often didn't show up until the lawn had become a scraggly mess. No more! This spring we decided to give Keller a try, having seen their truck in the area, and have been happy ever since. Everything about them was professional and first rate, from their survey of our property and estimate, (more than competitive with others we've used, btw) to the way their crews execute their jobs swiftly and competently. They even blow non-mowing debris -- flower petals, leaves and such -- off of our full-house-width covered back porch! A big job we don't have to do anymore! We have a hillside acre of Bermuda grass, big trees, shrubs and retaining walls that now looks like a park. In short, Keller comes when they promise, do an excellent job quickly and professionally, and for a more than fair price. And our property has never looked so good! We are delighted to have found them and would recommend them for any similar landscape maintenance job without reservation! (Still have the lawn tractor in the garage. When trimming a…read moreboarder of boxwood shrubs they walked all over the daylilies planted next to the boxwoods, didn't seem to even notice they were crushing other plants. They spray chemicals to kill weeds next to plantings of flowers damaging or killing desired plants. They continue to do this even, after multiple requests that they not use those chemicals. They put on masks and spray chemicas next to pools that are being used by multiple people, who are unmasked. When asked to stop, they moved awau a bit, but they were downwind, so the unwanted exsposure continued. They used gas powered leaf blowers generating fumes that the wind carried directing over the occupied pool, triggering asthma for one person in the pool. When asked to stop, the moved away slightly, but again downwind, which continued to espose the people in the pool, including the person having breatong problems. After people left the pool area the crew also moved on to work in another area of the property. The crew could have chosen to o work in another area until the scheduled activities in the pool ended, the return to workint around an unoccupied pool area. A phone call was made to the phone number on the side of the truck the crew was using and a message was left with a request for a call back, 12 hours later, still no response to the phone call. The crew spoke very little English and either did not understand request made to them or simply chose to continue with their inappropriate behaviors.

We had Operation Jump in Pflugerville install a water slide today for my son's birthday party…read more During the installation, they completely ruptured the main water line to our home. Water was exploding out of the ground and flooding our yard. Operation Jump claimed they did nothing wrong and were unwilling to assist in any way. It was an emergency situation. I found American Irrigation and they had a technician here within an hour and fixed it quickly. They offered great customer service and were very compassionate about the stressful situation (unlike Operation Jump). I would definitely recommend them! By the way, if you're ever looking to rent an inflatable, DO NOT use Operation Jump.

American Irrigation Repair: Inspection $79 - cost of repair…read more($1025 - $3.2k depending on critical, recommended, or premium). Other company: Inspection $179 - cost of repair including inspection cost $275 After going with the other company, all sprinklers are looking good, all drip lines fixed, clogged heads were unclogged, and broken heads were replaced. A few other minor stuff was done. If I had gone with this company I'm sure the same work would've been done at at least 4x the cost of the other company. American Irrigation Repair said the rain sensor isn't working. Weird, cause it was tested by the other company and it worked fine. There's no "sensor" it's just a soaking pad that weighs down and presses a button, and the button correctly stops the sprinklers. My experience with American Irrigation Repair was not good. At least their inspection is only $79, but considering what they "found" (16 broken heads, 4 broken drip lines, 13 crooked heads, broken rain sensor) even the $79 wasn't worth it. And their cost of repair for each item they "found" is also double the price of other companies. Not a company I would consider using at any point in the future.
