They quickly came out to give an estimate which was much more competitive than previous quotes we had received. They had great advice on types of wood and posts to ensure longevity. We had some trouble receiving the initial invoice, but once that was paid, they were in our yard within a few weeks. The work was quick, it took two days to complete, and is truly impeccable. The lines are straight, they cleaned up after themselves, and the posts seems sturdy. They were also very careful not to trample our shrubs, which were right near the new fence line. You can tell they made an effort to select the best panels for the front of the yard and the imperfect ones were placed in the fence behind our garage. We appreciated that attention to detail. While taking down two trees, they damaged four adjacent trees, one so extensively that they had to take it down completely. They severely damaged adjacent bushes. One of their workers was injured on the job and the other worker said, "it'll teach him not to stand in the wrong place." The owner has many excuses for not showing up when he promises service. He skips weekly mowing arrangements with no explanation. When asked, he says he doesn't know what his crew has been doing that day.
