I requested a free quote on their website and Geoff showed up the same day. Geoff was very personable, talked me through the project (we needed branches from neighbors tree cut) and he even walked me through my yard to talk about the other trees/health status. Of the 3 other quotes we received, Above & Beyond was the most reasonable and quite honestly the only one that made me feel comfortable with moving forward. Project was completed yesterday (since the date of the quote to the project completion, it took about 3 weeks which was even earlier than expected). The work was done within a couple of hours, no damage to the yard, and everything was picked up. Geoff is someone who cares about his company and his customers - you will be satisfied!

Dave immediately answered my text with a phone call on a Sunday Morning and his dad, also Dave, came driving in our driveway to inspect the damage without being asked too. Now, that's service. He checked out the tree that had fallen in our driveway and asked it we'd be able to get out without any problems. I said, yes, I'll just drive around the house and through the side yard. We talked about the tree and said his son would come by in the morning to price out the job. Within an hour, I heard a chain saw running out from, I went outside and to my surprise, there's Dave (dad) with truck & chipped cutting up branches and chipping them from the driveway. No price discussed, no contract, no agreement to pay, very unexpected to say the least. He was concerned that with rain coming later in the day, we would not be able to get out of the yard in case of an emergency.
