We've had no issue with ants or otherwise since we've started with Harmony. Recently, on a Sunday, a raccoon holed up under our deck and wasn't budging. With kids and dogs, we needed to get it out. We are puzzled by the sudden decline in service and response times. We have made numerous calls requesting assistance with what we believe to be termites or carpenter ants, but we have received no response. However, when the annual invoices arrived, we were promptly notified to make payment. We promptly paid, but despite this, we have still not received any service or returned calls. During this time, PermaTreat Pest Control was remodeling at their Ashland office, and they had one employee working for several weeks. This should have been a red flag, but we chose to overlook it. We should have paid more attention to the warning signs. We will not renew our contracts with PermaTreat Pest Control next year. Our experiences have been unreliable, to say the least. We tried to give them a pass due to their short staffing and remodeling, but that was a poor decision on our part. We should have recognized the red flags and taken action sooner. I hope PermaTreat Pest Control improves their phone service. It has been frustrating to be transferred, put on hold, and then hung up on repeatedly. This has happened so many times that we thought they had gone out of business.

I will say that when we signed up we were told that the service was normally over $300 per treatment and we were getting a deal at $180 a treatment but after the tech came to the door acting like the $180 was the normal price for the service I think we were lied to and did get any discount for signing a 2 year contract.
