I was wondering why nothing was really being done when she was at the house for hours at a time. She was just prolonged the project to get more money of her high end quote. The flowerbed looks no different and flowers we had already were pretty much just moved around. The other request we asked for were not done correctly at all. I didn't know she charged this much until I asked my wife and she lucky because I would not have paid it. Way too much for what was actually done. Lady you need to do better. USE SOMEONE ELSE PEOPLE.

An consult was scheduled and she arrived on time. We went over the things I was looking for, weeding some beds that have been neglected due to an injury I was recovering from and couldn't do myself until fully healed. She was pleasant to talk to and she said that my request was something that she was able and willing to help me with. She requested my email which I sent to her via text which was her request, so that she could send me an estimate. She said that if I accept great but that if I chose to reject her estimate, that there was no obligation for me to reply to the estimate naturally. Now that I have sent her 2 replies via text per her request in the 2 weeks following her consult appointment we had, she has failed to even reply by sending me her estimate she said she'd send me. This appears to be her reneging and deciding to not help me out after all despite what she told me in person. No word from her establishing this assumption which is unprofessional to say the least. I would not recommend this company as they give you misleading information and lack the intestinal fortitude to do the right thing or follow thru with their word.

They installed a paver pool patio, installed another separate paver patio, a few small retaining walls, cut mulch beds, planted trees, lighting throughout the project. They are slammed right now (like most folks that do this sort of work and that do it well), but once they started on our project if the weather was cooperating they were here working. They were always responsive to our thoughts and questions throughout the process. They aim to please and were regularly asking us if we had any questions or concerns and were prompt to address any minor things. The prices were fair and they stuck to their estimates. I'd highly recommend New Lead for hardscaping or landscaping.

Through his connections, we've had our trees trimmed and had an irrigation system put in the yard. The Train of Manakin Landscaping mows, feeds, controls weeds, and mulches our flower beds. We work together on new projects with his ideas and expertise taking our requests and making them happen.
