We wanted our aeration done before the weekend so the owner personally came out, strapped headlights to the front of the aerator, and got it done for us on a Wednesday night. We had squirrels eat our latches and he helped us figure out the culprit and even offered to buy us new latches. Stand up company. Stand up guy. Will be shifting more of my yard maintenance over to them.

Oops, they hadn't turned off auto-billing when they cancelled our service. You would think any reputable company would at least apologize for their mistake, but I guess that's asking too much.
