One was that they not mow clippings into the new mulch. The second I explained was that the mower needed to be set on 4-4 1/2" because my yard is on so much stone that it dies if cut short. NO PROBLEM HE SAYS. First cut was 3". Grass is now yellow as is the mulch because the clippings were all over the mulch. Spin marks from the mowers turning so fast and more. So I called. Finally left a message because no one ever answered and cancelled with them. PLEASE DO NOT COME BACK! Guess they never relay messages because the mowers came back and got pissed when I told them to leave. Did not even blow clippings off the sidewalk or mulch. I asked the office girl to send them back or I would file a complaint and she said "Do what you got to do" WHAT WOULD YOU DO?
