The service was good the first time, I was happy with the results. However, I had to get someone else this year. I contacted Mike this year and said my yard was an A.S.A.P situation. The bottom line is that he never got back to me, and I was willing to pay the higher price was charging. Oh well, I'll miss him, but he's too busy for my residential property. read more

As per my agreement with Tony G , I told him if he came and finished picking up all the cut debris from the patio , for which he'd already been paid, I would change the one star to two . Should be noted he could've picked it up weeks ago. As for the trimming issue, he trimmed sporadically and the last time he was here, he didn't even trim the front sidewalk, along with the aforementioned mailbox, front and back steps and side gate.Had I known he was going to say he always trimmed I would've taken pictures/video right after the twice monthly he was here. But as I told him in his text asking me to change my rating, all the neighbors knew it looked as bad after he'd leave as it did before he came. My new lawncare people did a good job the first time, not perfect but I pointed out what I'd like done differently the next time and they will be coming out every week to keep the yard maintained.If you don't trim everything properly the first time ( and all the aforementioned areas I listed above were not ) why would I pay you every week for a mowing but only sporadic trimming ? When the grass/weeds are creeping onto the sidewalks , steps after the lawncare service leaves, that's a problem but no longer my problem. So I have updated my rating from one to two stars because he did remove all the debris. Would he have removed it , since he waited weeks to come get it , I don't know. It is what it is.
