I ordered the hamachi Kama the most recent time I went and it was burnt, dry and seasoned ever so slightly with something that bothered my taste buds. My salmon skin Handrolls were executed the way I asked for them to be but they were just so of... Crispy "nothingness". My salmon/avocado roll wrapped in cucumber was pretty good though, light and refreshing. Green Ginger is great. I went to the Peachtree City Ga location. It's awesome! Second visit and both times were very good. Good drinks and the drink prices are reasonable. I got a 3 course meal. There are 3,4,and 5 course meals. They come with lots of choices of an appetizer, a sushi roll and a main course. I got hot and sour soup, gyoza (it had 6 pieces!), and sesame chicken. I was very happy with all my choices. My server Christina was very friendly and attentive. Oh and btw there's a robot cart that will bring your meal to your table. Curry dishes always have a thick sauce that sticks to the meat.....unfortunately this restaurant made it like a chinese stirfry. Too many vegetables, not enough chicken and a very watery (like a soup) sauce. The sauce did not stick to the meat/veggies and I felt like I was eating a soup. Very disappointing!!
