He never tested the system. After a couple weeks, I noticed that my plants were all drooping. I discovered that he had never turned the water back on or tested his work. When I did, it leaked just as much as it had before he did hundreds of dollars worth of work. When I called him about it, he told me there was nothing he could do and that I should replace my whole system. Which he would kindly do for thousands of dollars more . We were billed $600 for three workers at three different scales for 4.5 hours of work .
