We were a few days ahead of some shipments coming in so we weren't able to find too much quite yet. It was still an enjoyable visit to see the earlier blooms and how everything is laid out. The only thing that held it up from a fifth star was we felt like the staff was withholding or not taking us seriously when we were asking for interest in ordering a magnolia tree. We were asking for price ranges and they wouldn't seem to give it to us even though we understood that they didn't have them available currently or that they may need to look it up. I can't help but feel like I thought we wouldn't be able to afford it or something of that nature. Otherwise, a not so bad experience. You will find everything from wind chimes, tropical plants, fairly mature trees, and birdseed here.

I have been searching a long time to find a good one, because at my age I am limited on my ability to perform yard work. Well, sadly my search continues. I hired them to trim 12 burning bushes at a cost of $350. Their performance was not what I expected. I assumed they would do a great job based on the wonderful photos shown at their website and the glowing reviews left by other Yelpers. I was left stunned and disappointed when I saw the mess they left me. They did not use a tarp to collect the clippings as shown at their website. And to top it off they used a leaf blower to clear the clippings along with the new mulch I just paid $1,400 to have delivered and placed. Additionally, the bush clippings and mulch were blown all over my front yard. I addressed my disappointment to them and their response was "sorry" and they reduced the price charged to $300. I take great pride in the beauty of my landscaping. I just need a company that feels the same and takes great care to keep it that way. As the saying goes "fool me once", but there definitely won't be a twice with this company. Yelp may want to reconsider their "guarantee" for this company. My advice to others is if you consider hiring this company, then you must accept the risk you might be left with substandard results and a mess to clean up yourself.

It was changed at the technician's request, but it was an easy process to reschedule and he was able to come back a few days later. I believe the employee's name was Damon, and he did an excellent job. He was very thorough in the process. I even got some instructions on how to care for my lawn after the service. I was very happy with this company and will use them again for future lawn services.

Ronnie came out looked at the maple tree that same day and determined it had a root ball fungus and needed to be removed. We discussed exactly what was to be completed; cut down tree, remove tree, remove root ball, remove surface roots and removal of all root ball grindings. His quoted a very reasonable price and he was able to come out the next day and remove the tree. We agreed to wait on the root ball removal. He was fair by accepting payment for the tree removal only. When the root ball was removed, payment was made in full. For waiting Ronnie delivered a yard of topsoil at no charge covering the root ball hole. The total experience was great and will use and recommend Ronnie in the future. John
