Discovering new initiatives, that have character and professionalism,is so encouraging. Visiting a property complex in a nearby town, I noted the excellent landscaping. Everywhere one looked the plants and shrubs seemed to say: We have a good manager. Later, I was at another such complex and noted the same quality of workmanship in the grounds.
