I gave Carson's a call and asked if they could come out and lay winter rye for me in the yard and aerate the yard. Communication was smooth, they called me right back and we setup a day and time. They were a bit late but they let me know that they were running behind so I appreciate the notice. When they showed up they did a great job in the yard they even leveled out the yard as well as they could before aerating and laying the new seed, they gave me clear instructions on how to handle the yard to get the best results from the rye. What complicated the issue even more was there was a block wall installed and excess concrete was blocking the path of the line. I reached out through yelp and the only person that responded to me was Donaldo. He came over and he stated that he would have to drill out the excess concrete to be able to lay the drain pipe. Donaldo and his crew worked tirelessly to get it done. Donaldo was meticulously with his work and in the end I was satisfied with his results. I now no longer have to worry about the rain.
