At the outset, she correctly analyzed which repairs had to be done prior to putting the house on the market - and persuasively argued that it was mandatory to fix a large structural crack that went from one foundation wall, thru the concrete floor, up the other foundation wall. She argued that some other possible repairs would not add to the value of the house because the buyer would likely want to remodel or paint to his own specs. In every instance she correctly predicted what we should do. In addition, she lobbied for our paying for an appraisal, inspections (structural, house, termite), etc. up-front - so that when a good prospect did materialize, we were ready with all these time-consuming items accomplished & the reports ready for viewing - instead of delaying the buyer, and possibly jeopardizing the sale if the buyer found another property as the clock ticked . It also showed the seller's confidence in the house. All the siblings lived away (only one was within 45 miles, the others were scattered around the country) and Robin was super-exemplary in interfacing with the contractors doing the house's remodeling/fixing. In summary, if your home is for sale & anywhere near Lewisville, or you are considering buying in the area, I cannot praise Robin's work & professionalism too highly. She was fantastic.
