Went to buy something for sleeping. A girlfriend had bought CBG gummies there and that's what I wanted. The young woman that works there convinced me into buying Delta 8 gummies. I explicitly told her I was very sensitive to getting stoned and did not want to get stoned and don't like it. She said just take a quarter of a gummy. I took a quarter and got ripped four nights in a row. I went back and asked to exchange it for my original desire, CBG gummies. The employee would not do an exchange. I don't think that's fair because I really didn't want to buy that stuff in the first place only because she talked me into it. For good business I would've exchanged it if it had been my business. It's a great place to get medicated. Lately I have been trying all of Austin's CBD flower and they have by far the best flower you can get with so much variety and specs. They are very nice and looks to me that they get a lot of business. Every time I go there's at least 1-3 people in there at all times of the day of all ages too! The staff is very nice and helpful and would like to meet the owner someday. The reviews shock me a little because those people who rated 1 star are just complaining because they can't read a bottle or do some research before buying on the spot. That seems like their fault and their reviews are now invalid to me because this shop is a 5 star cannabis dispensary and one day will be one of the best dispensaries in Austin. I go off reviews a lot and when I saw the reviews I was like "maybe they just can't read or maybe they just don't know when to say "no" and just impulse buy," no one is forcing you to buy their product but maybe just READ before buying instead of complaining on a review with a 1 star. Since day one I have come across mostly helpful and patient employees at this store. Started going here out of convenience, but now I go because of their selection (not in quantity of name brands, but quality of product). The first couple of times a tall guy assisted me, and I was able to have friendly banter and be on my way. Recently I have come across an older gentlemen name Mike who has always greeted me with a friendly hello and managed to answer my many (annoying) questions. read more

The absolutely worst cbd shop in Austin. Quite frankly the pre-rolls are a complete ripoff. The customer service was ok but the products are terrible. For a simple aspen valley pre-roll they charge $12 and that's not even for a whole gram. When you can get the same pre-roll from planet k for half the money. They really just don't care about the economic hardships and long term financial impacts the pandemic have caused for the local community. If this company did, they would have the decency to at least try to match the prices of their competitors right up the street. read more
