Didn't grade soil, did not research plants for proper placement, didn't provide any instructions for care. Nothing is symmetrical or even and honestly it looks like a blind person planted our garden. Called Armadillo, spoke with Ruben who came out right away, gave me a good price for the work and he was able to start the next day. Yard is now completely weed free, mulch applied everywhere it should be, and alot of debris and yard rubbish was removed. It's hard to find a reliable and trustworthy landscaper, Ruben will be my go-to guy in the fall for Phase 2 of yard clean up.

At the beginning of the 2014 season, he called me and said if we were going to do that again this year, he would have to raise the price per mow, so I agreed to 24 mows at a set price per month from April-October. He assured me that would be sufficient because there would be weeks toward the end of summer where the lawn would not need mowing every week and there was no need for me to call each week because he had it all figured out. He has now mowed every week since April 18th, at least 3-4 weeks not necessary in August and September. He did not call me after 24 mows were done, so I called him to find out what the deal was for the month of October. He said he was "planning" to call me this week. He used the excuse that some months had five weeks, then he hemmed and hawed around and blamed it on too much rain this year, even though I told him NONE of my neighbors had mowing every week since July. Needless to say we terminated our business relationship immediately because I told him I would not pay a dime more that the contracted amount and he will not mow this month unless I pay extra for it. If you ever use this business, be careful when dealing with this guy. At the end of our conversation he told me not to bother calling him next spring -not exactly professional business behavior. I told him he needn't worry, I didn't want him to touch another blade of grass on my property anyway.
