We had to hound them down to get them to come out and pick up all the wood that they left in our yard. Yep. They cut it down and left it there, killing the grass. They claimed that my mom didn't understand what they said. Mom may have a foreign accent but an accent doesn't mean you're stupid. But ok, I'll give them the benefit of the doubt this time. The stump they left was about 2 feet tall. They were supposed to cut it down even shorter and didn't. Another gazillion calls before they finally came out last week to finish the job. We also requested that they call ahead of time so that we're home when they do the job. No call as promised. They just trespassed. Again they blamed mom for not understanding what they said. Riiiiight. It's companies like this that's causing the decline of this country.
