They work hard, they listen to feedback, patient with my lack of plant knowledge aka willing to explain what they are doing and why. Basically, these guys provided superb customer experience on top of quality work. I priced out many landscapers and I went with them because Anner actually listened to what I said, worked within my budget and is always checking in whether it's on the phone or in person to make sure everything is going smooth. We're not able to be at our property all the time, we're in and out on weekends so can't manage all we want or be onto of our yard. This team went above and beyond by solving issues we had before we knew we even had them. One of my favorite things about these guys is the trust that I feel that I leave my yard in good hands. Even without being asked, Anner has dropped seed and also adjusted irrigation to better suit the areas around the grounds. Since we've had his team on our property, it has never looked better. If large issues arose, he would consult us. Nothing ever surprised us about charges because he never charged us anything we hadn't agreed to before hand. Very fair. We even had an emergency situation, a worker cutting an irrigation line on our property, Anner was able to get there and solve the issue quickly for us, which was awesome because we were not there. Also, the way the mow and clean up the yard is so fast. Our children love to watch the team from every window. Overall, I highly recommend giving them a call for any and all landscaping needs. Prior experience has taught us you can not just go and prune a large tree any old way unless you plan to remove it later. Jim Dublar came over, reviewed our property and made suggestions for the pruning. We received a well written estimate, with some options to save money. We accepted the estimate and 1 week later the work has been completed. They did a Beautiful job, nice polite crew, and great clean up. Jim came with the crew to begin the project, and returned to review the work with us when it was complete. The price was reasonable, the service was terrific.
