The staff was friendly and responsive, and happy to help while I was looking around. One of the highlights was definitely the koi ponds--they were really cool to watch, and spotting the turtle hanging out with the koi was an unexpected bonus. They also have a nice variety of pots and plant accessories, so it's easy to find everything you need in one stop. Great plants, great atmosphere, and even some entertaining aquatic roommates. Definitely worth a visit!

The "Weird Plants" sign…read morethey had on the sidewalk in front of their store drew us in, it was a last minute decision to pull in and check it out on the way to our actual destination. I am glad we stopped in! They had a fantastic selection of plants along with a wide variety of needs like soils, grow lights, pots and more. The prices were great as well, both my mother and I ended up buying several plants and my mom even had a few planted in store as they had a deal where if you bought a plant & a pot, they would repot the plant into the pot for you. They also sold Koi fish in different sizes for anyone looking to start a pond in their yard. We live up in Phoenix, but this store would be worth the drive to go down and visit to pick up some more plants when we are looking for them. Our plants made it back on the trip perfectly fine & they still look fantastic. I can't wait to see their growth, and I will be trying out an indoor plant fertilizer I bought at Ecogro to help some of my other indoor plants flourish as well. If you are a plant lover, I highly recommend checking this spot out.

After researching online, and speaking with experts at various garden centers and landscapers, the conclusion: Tank's Green Stuff. The customer service agent at Tank's Green Stuff provided excellent information and answered all of our questions as to what soil would be the best option for our garden. She gave us the cost estimate for the soil and delivery fee with a date and time it would be delivered. We ordered two(2) cubic yards of Tank's Green Stuff - Pro Planting Mix to fill our raised beds. The cost estimate was exactly as described, the delivery was on time. Tim, the driver who delivered the soil, added a bonus to the entire experience. When he pulled up to our house in his big, delivery truck -- our neighbor and her children (two-to-15 years old) came outside to watch. He made the experience, not only accommodating for us, but fun for our neighbor and her kids. He even honked the big truck's horn twice before pulling away -- to much applause by the neighbors!! I didn't feel pressured to make a purchase. I stead, I felt like the owner was happy to answer my questions and give me good advice.
