Used Green land Tree Service to cut down a tree and a stump in front of my house. The workers and staff were great. They did a great job at a very reasonable price. They cut down the trees and removed them from the property and also stump grinded the stumps. I would definitely recommend these guys to my neighbors. I called GreenLand from a card left on front door. Ruben the owner came out the same day. His demeanor and comments in regards to the work I wanted done, reassured me that he understood my wants and needs. He quoted a price that I thought was reasonable for the task. He sent Adolpho and his assistant today. Adolpho was great to work with as I laid out the job for he and assistant. 6 hours later they had performed the job (oak tree, crepe myrtles, yupons and shrubs)to my great satisfaction. Super disappointed in this company. I haven't actually had them service my yard, but I did witness their truck today stopped at a light where the passenger got out of the truck to retrieve a 24 oz can of Bud light from the cooler in the back and proceed to get back in the car. I'm guessing he didn't get it out of the cooler to hold it in his hands unopened in the truck... Sorry, but sometimes it's best to wait until your home to crack open a cold one or at the very least not in your work truck! This business regularly mows a neighbor's yard. So, I approached one of their guys who was mowing and asked for a quote to do my yard, pointing to the yard as I asked. He shook his head, "No". Then I asked one of his partners for a quote. He didn't look across the street at my yard as he quoted me, but said $45 - $50, then gave me a couple of their business cards. I subsequently emailed GreenLand on July 1 and asked that they mow and edge my yard on July 9th. I also stated that I wanted them to begin biweekly service start from that date. They responded, "Hello good morning, sure what is your complete address and a good phone number to contact you?" to which I replied with my address and phone number. There were no further emails from them, so I thought an appointment was set. July 9th came and went; they were a 'no show'. I never heard from them regarding the missed appointment. Green Land does our regular yard work and also did a major leveling project in our backyard and their work has been excellent. Our backyard had a major slope and all the grass died so Ruben's crew put in a brick surround to hold the dirt, lots of dirt to level the yard and then new grass. The yard looks much bigger and so much better than before. His crew worked hard and quickly and were incredibly nice when I had questions. They also built a small fence around our AC units.
