There are no words that I could say for the amount of appreciation and gratitude for his compassion and sympathy for what I was dealing with, he was so very professional and caring! When I asked him what do I owe you, he said nothing! I was shocked and I said no, I have to pay you for your time, I have to pay something and he said no! you're not going to pay me anything he did this out of the kindness of his heart and I will forever be so very grateful and thankful for his kindness and generosity he did not have to do that! So the crew came out that very next day and they fixed my son's grave in 96° weather to make it look beautiful for my son's birthday which is in two days....... I wanted it to look presentable for my other two children and my ex-husband and also for my son, Colin! Danny was a stranger, he didn't know me and he didn't have to do that but he did! Here are some of the reasons: - They never notify us when they are coming so if we do not take our lights down in our bushes, they end up destroyed as they say in their contract they are not responsible. We have had to replace several lights and also ripped furniture covers. I watch the crew just rush through the work without any regards to quality or our things and do not care if they destroy them. - They supposedly removed weeds, however we ended up with poisonous India Poke weed in our flower beds. - Our lawn had several yellow spots and despite reaching out to them about it I never heard back. - We do not do lawn mowing with them and they mowed our lawn with the Fall clean up and charged us for this without asking. It was not outlined in the contract that they would do a lawn mowing with fall clean up. Its unfortunate that this service has gone down hill. I liked working with them for years and had been happy with them in the past and hopefully this review will help them adjust their practices.

We hired him in October 2018 to restore and modify our existing retaining wall. Soon after, he bait and switched us with another contractor, Mike Masciarelli, aka: Randy on Call. To this day I have never met Mike. Mike was supposed to be the "communicator" and "project manager" while John would be the mason. 6 months later the job is less than half done and both John and Mike have been MIA for over two weeks at this point. In fact, there are parts of our existing retaining wall that are in worse shape than before we hired Perennial Connection. John demolished some portions for upgrading and they currently remain demolished because they never returned. Throughout these past 6 months of torture John and Mike would go days - even a week plus - without responding. Then a text would appear: "sorry we'll be there tomorrow" to tide us over. Then they would fail to show up again. John and Mike are also poor at taking direction and/or poor masons. I'm a designer myself so was able to provide very detailed drawings of what we wanted. The little work that they did do wasn't what we spec'd and it was sloppy. The lack of communication and attention to detail is astounding. DO NOT hire these people. They will more than disappoint you. They will torture your mind and steal your money without delivering what they promise.

I also found Concord messed up when our HOA had them do work around my unit and they threw out a couple hundred dollars of my patio stones and when I tried to follow up about getting reimbursed again it was total silence.
