At this point the person that supposed recieved the arrangement left work since they delivery never arrive in the time frame the agree on. The person may not see the arrangements till Monday where mostly will no look fresh anymore. Update: I got a call from the store that they were 2 hours later for the lots of deliveries they have. I mention that the person was no longer at the location so they offered to change the delivery location. 2 hours later the flowers bee received and look beautiful. They definitely went the extra mile to make sure we were happy at the end of the day.

Shelby was our florist for our wedding in June and we can't thank her enough for helping us bring our vision to life. She was a true professional, excellent at capturing all the details in an easy-to-follow document. She responded quickly to emails, shared images of available items like lanterns, actively listened, and provided flower & color suggestions. We especially appreciated how accommodating she was as we requested several modifications to our proposal and her support to repurpose some of our flowers from ceremony to reception. She made us feel very comfortable and happy to work with her. We also really enjoyed our first in-person meeting together to review the centerpiece design - the design was better than we could have imagined! On our wedding day, everything arrived on schedule and the end result was a beautiful masterpiece. We received so many compliments on our flowers. We especially loved all the bridal bouquets and the flower arch. We are so appreciative of the hard work, attention to detail, and creativity that went into the beautiful decorations.
