The florist reached out to confirm there was no typo. A quick phone call cleared up any confusion. I really appreciated her attention to detail - thank you! For about $100 (including delivery and tax), I was able to send my friend an evergreen, perennial houseplant to let her know I cared. My friend said she really appreciated the surprise delivery, so mission accomplished. The florist was also kind enough to text me a photo of the plant as it headed out for delivery. I have attached it. It was a pleasure doing business with Cheers Floral Creations. It was an extra bonus to be able to support a minority-owned company. Cheers and I highly recommend!

I gave 4 stars because when I asked her how the delivery experience was she shared that the delivery lady was on the phone and just said recipient's name and left them there. I believe the delivery is part of the charm when someone receives flowers and I paid an extra $18 for deliver and an extra $20 for timed delivery. If deliver is a service offered and charged extra for I would hope for a friendly and attentive delivery.

For the $150 price, the quality and presentation were nowhere near acceptable. What arrived looked like something you'd pick up at a grocery store for a fraction of the cost. There was nothing about the arrangement that justified the premium pricing. This was supposed to be a birthday surprise for my wife, and instead I was embarrassed by how unimpressive it looked. When you're paying top-tier prices, you expect craftsmanship and attention to detail neither was delivered here. I would not use this florist again and cannot recommend them based on this experience.
