I messed up on the address, they called me and figured out the right address. I would say they were a little on the expensive side. I don't live in Southern California so maybe this is the norm? Erin is so quick to reply to emails and delivery is always quick and seamless. The flowers are super high quality, and you can tell they are passionate about what they do because it shines through the design and service. My company uses them almost weekly for a variety of needs. We use them for local flower delivery for colleagues and clients for all occasions and they have done several memorial arrangements for us as well. What I love is that they always send a picture of the final arrangement. Ordered flowers for Mother's Day and did the pick up option. Glad I did because when I first got my flowers it didn't have the wow factor I was hoping for. They seemed extremely busy since it was Mother's Day and I think thats probably why the flowers didn't get the full attention needed, but I let the lady at the front know I was a bit disappointed and she was very accomodating & took the flowers to the back for the owner to take a look. When the owner walked out with the new arrangement I was much more pleased & the flowers were gorgeous! It would've been nice to have that wow factor when I first picked up my flowers but nontheless the owner & lady at the front were very nice and made sure I was feeling comfortable with my arrangement before I left the store. When I presented the flowers & card to my mom she was blown away by how beautiful the flowers were... and she cried! Never have I seen her cry from flowers before but it was truly a beautiful moment for the both of us. Thank you to the owner & team for making this year's Mothers Day special for the both of us! I adore this company and their team. I had placed an order on a Monday evening to have flowers delivered to my friend the next Tuesday. I was sure I had written a message to the recipient, but I believe their system glitched, so while my order was confirmed, I couldn't see my message. I primarily worked with Jeannie and she was an absolute angel from the start, from working with me to make suggestions on how to adjust the floral proposal that would fit within my budget to also providing her expertise on design questions that I had, she was absolutely amazing. My bridal bouquet was more beautiful than I could have ever imagined! The boutonnieres looked absolutely spectacular on my now-husband, his groomsmen, my bridesmen, and our fathers, and they added that extra touch to make them all look so suave in their tuxes!
