I explained how my wife had to take time off from work (Not get paid) and how it felt really inconsiderate that they called so late to cancel. We're not available tomorrow and no other remedies were offered. Super frustrated that we waited for three weeks to be cancelled last minute. UPDATE: We spoke with management from Al's Oil shortly after the mishap. They were understanding and responsive to our frustrations. They rescheduled quickly and effectively met our needs. Al's Oil made up for the misstep and then some. Very appreciative for their response.

He charges fair prices, always thoroughly explains what might be the problem with your car, what your options are, and what he recommends. Just a few weeks ago I had my car serviced at a dealership and they told me something needed to be done that would cost about $500. I took it to Phil and he actually told me I should talk to the dealer because they should pay for it under warranty. He said if he were to do it, it would cost about $300. It's things like that that make me feel he is trustworthy and not trying to swindle you. Also, he is a genuinely nice guy, and seems to really love what he does. A+ Highly recommend!
