Very responsive any time I've reached out for help and we've had no issue what so ever scheduling behind the wheel training or make up classes. Make ups can be done either at a couple of different time slots during the week with a self-taught option, or you can wait for that day's class to be retaught in another session and the student can sit in on it. Per SOS rules, driving sessions have to be 2 weeks apart minimum and students have to hold their permits for 9 months, so really there's plenty of time to get drives in unless you have a super inflexible, jam packed schedule. We couldn't be more pleased with our experience - far more convenient than doing it over the summer through the school for my mid spring term bday son and it didn't take up a timeslot in his school day either. Plus, again, the bonus of law enforcement officers as instructors. Win win win all the way around! Highly recommend.

I had zero experience in car driving lesson. After two months, I got my driver's license with only 9 points. I took the adult class and 9hrs of behind the wheel driving practice. Darlene worked with me until I got everything right. She is honest and very patient. I took the Silver Keys course today which is 1hr of behind the wheel mock testing practice, followed by going to the DMV and using their vehicle to take the test while the instructor waits. I just passed my test. My drivers license is on the way and I couldnt be happier.

After waiting a few weeks for the driving school to get their paperwork filed properly we went to the DMV for his license - only to find out Drive Home Safe had not sent a letter of completion to the Secretary of States office. Seriously?! How much time does to take to put a student's file in order and follow through? Have they not heard of a checklist?? I'm tired of saying to my disappointed son ... I came in with a few hours of driving under my belt and had the goal of being prepared for obtaining my license within a couple of weeks. Since I'm a student over 18, I'll be taking the road test with the DMV, and Jennifer was an even better instructor than I could've imagined to get me ready on such short notice. Jennifer was engaging, patient, and really showed genuine care for her students, both on the road and off of it. She really takes the time to get to know a student and what their driving goals are, and she does a great job at directing drives that prioritizes balancing what a student needs to learn and what they can do to achieve the goals they set for themselves.

Having been around gifted children, I've seen how difficult traditional schools can be for them and that sometimes they are not being challenged, but here they cater to exactly what the child needs. The school has a very open floor plan that allows the teachers to have a bit more freedom to teach each child how they need and want to learn. The school itself is very clean and tidy, with plenty of books, some instruments, and technology for the students.
