Very responsive any time I've reached out for help and we've had no issue what so ever scheduling behind the wheel training or make up classes. Make ups can be done either at a couple of different time slots during the week with a self-taught option, or you can wait for that day's class to be retaught in another session and the student can sit in on it. Per SOS rules, driving sessions have to be 2 weeks apart minimum and students have to hold their permits for 9 months, so really there's plenty of time to get drives in unless you have a super inflexible, jam packed schedule. We couldn't be more pleased with our experience - far more convenient than doing it over the summer through the school for my mid spring term bday son and it didn't take up a timeslot in his school day either. Plus, again, the bonus of law enforcement officers as instructors. Win win win all the way around! Highly recommend.

I had zero experience in car driving lesson. After two months, I got my driver's license with only 9 points. After waiting a few weeks for the driving school to get their paperwork filed properly we went to the DMV for his license - only to find out Drive Home Safe had not sent a letter of completion to the Secretary of States office. Seriously?! How much time does to take to put a student's file in order and follow through? Have they not heard of a checklist?? I'm tired of saying to my disappointed son ... When I later caught up to the car I noticed only one person in the vehicle. If this is how the owner or instructor drives, this is the last person to teach children how to drive safely. I got a few hand gestures from the driver and when I called the number on the vehicle sign it was answered by a man that was driving a car - the background noise was obvious. The same person who was driving unsafe earlier was now operating a phone while driving. I had reached my destination and called from a parked car.

I highly recommend him for an instructor. To this day, I still use his advice when I'm on the road. He has definitely made me a safe and alert driver. The only problem I had was with the online payment. I put my deposit down and it took 6 weeks for anyone to call and schedule a time. Now there was a long wait (4 weeks) because you are basically fighting with all the high schoolers to get a spot. But once I called about this, I was set up for a schedule right away. This is the place in the area to learn how to drive.

It is a…read morevery small private school that does charge a tuition, but there is really nothing like it that I've seen. Having been around gifted children, I've seen how difficult traditional schools can be for them and that sometimes they are not being challenged, but here they cater to exactly what the child needs. The school has a very open floor plan that allows the teachers to have a bit more freedom to teach each child how they need and want to learn. The school itself is very clean and tidy, with plenty of books, some instruments, and technology for the students. A new head of school seems excited and eager to bring her years of experience and knowledge to the school and community. Excited to see what this new school year brings for the school!
