In most offices I go and get adjusted and that's the last I see if the doctor the rest is all handled by his assistants. THAT WAS NOT what happened when I came in here. Dr. Bobby was with me throughout my entire visit And was genuinely focused on listening to me and understanding where my pain was and how to resolve it. In short I would say when you're having someone care for your body *if you're like me, it feels like you're trusting them with your life! I'm a big believer in family business and from my experience I haven't been anywhere I would recommend stronger than Dr. Bobby and his wife Anastasia. The young lady at the entrance checked us in and we were taken to the welcome area to await our massage therapists. While we waited, there was water, apple cider and nuts to eat. There were 4 aromas to smell to determine what fragrance oil I wanted. I chose peppermint and it was not too strong at all. I waited 2 or 3 minutes and my therapist arrived to take me to my room. The massage was 80 minutes. I picked my music and used a hair tie to pull my hair back. I chose deep tissue. I cannot remember the name of the lady who did my massage which is my bad. Mariah, Mary, or something similar. She did an excellent job. I would recognize her if I were to go back there. My massage was memorable. 5/5 I recommend this business. The bathrooms are very nice and clean and they had lotion and dry shampoo available to use. In the massage room they had makeup remover wipes, mints and hair ties. You also pick what you want to listen to. For example, zen is common. I picked island music, which was reggae. My massage therapist, Asyia, was absolutely awesome!! The bed was not comfortable and the mini head wave in a box contraption that looked like a nail curer was put on my head after the scalp massage and wash. None of it was comfortable. It was not as pictured. The scalp massage was nice but that was about it. I had to stop the session and just head home. I felt worse after leaving. Not the experience I wanted to pay $200 plus for. I left before the foot massage began. That water wave is not what they use. It was a box placed on your head with a trickling of water. No massage at all. Very disappointed.
