My trusted nail technicians moved to this location, so of course I followed them. This place seemed nonstop busy. It was beautifully decorated too. I really like that you can book appointments online through their website. You can of course also call if you need to do it that way. I decided the try the hot stone pedicure. It was fantastic. They use real fruits too. Everything seemed elevated and luxurious. I chose to try one of their mermaid polishes for my toes. I also got my nails done by Ruby. She does the best designs! I wanted a beach design for an upcoming trip and Ruby delivered. Ryan is also fantastic. I usually see him regularly for my nails. Brought my daughter here to get a birthday manicure and pedicure. I scheduled her for a children's mani and pedi because she was still 12 at the time and was going to be turning 13 in a few days, so she was still under their age cut off for kids services for a short time. The lady at the front desk apparently thought my daughter looked too old, and approached her rather aggressively to ask for her age. She explained she was turning 13 in a couple of days. The lady then turned to me and told me she'd be charging the adult price for her manicure and pedicure with a quite condescending tone like I was trying to get one over on her. I mentioned that she was still 12 for a few days. She said "yeah we're still charging the regular price." So as not to ruin my daughter's birthday outing, I just agreed to go forward with the appointment. My daughter ended up with two severe ingrown toenails after her gel pedicure, unfortunately. They also messaged me later in the day to demand I return because I had apparently underpaid. We will absolutely not be returning here. read more

Usually, VSL is great but my regular nail tech was out and the person i usually use as back up was busy, so I let a different person do it. The guy was super nice but I got a poor dipping powder and top coat application. They are super thin, sharp corners where I asked for rounded, and my cuticles have polish still on them. Be careful who you get and ask lots of questions about them. I'll stick with my regulars from now on. read more

Beautifully laid out salon - friendly and talented technicians. I requested SNS nails with CatEye style polish. Helen knew exactly what I wanted and completed it within 1hour. Cat Eye Glass Magnetic Gel Nail Polish Punk Style Nail Art Manicure. The polish catches the light and reflects light. The shop has excellent air filtration system; with 30+ clients being worked with and very little chemical smells. The front desk is friendly and moves clients along professionally and friendly, then offering a client a drink while waiting and quickly processes the charges at the front desk. I definitely recommend you checking out this nail salon. Now my family knows that if they want to get me something special...give me a gift certificate for my birthday, for Valentine's , for every occasion. I look forward to going again. read more

It was clean and nice. Service was okay. My problem is with the pricing, at first it looks decent and then you go to pay and they charge an extra $18 for gel. Gel has been around forever, it's nothing new or special to up charge that much for gel polish is insane. I could understand an extra $5 or $7 but almost $20 is crazy. The atmosphere here is very pleasant and comfortable and you are offered a complimentary beverage either a soft drink or wine, champagne, mimosa or margarita. Quality was OK. Everything is over priced. I feel like they try and charge you for the highest price, and the nails don't amount to the price. You are really just paying for the ambiance. They don't cater to your needs. I asked for a specific nail design and they kept trying to talk me out of it because it was a lot of work and they wanted me to a design that would cost more money.
