Ralph Plancarte, the owner/supervisor, went into detail with us what was involved, and gave us samples of the new silicone material that was used for our insurance company. His crew of 4 that worked on our roof (this job) were polite, funny, fast and thorough. Our roof was a mess, and our air conditioner frame needed A LOT of TLC. Ralph checked on them twice a day, not that it was necessary. They all worked seamlessly to do what was possible every day. Took a week (yes, our roof was THAT bad!) and let me know when they were done at the end of the day. They started at 7 AM, drove our dogs nuts (lol!) but man, our roof is pretty!
