I'm a returning (repeat) customer. It's so disappointing to see how far this business has fallen…read moreafter such positive transactions I've enjoyed in the past. My experience is indicative of poor management, no oversight of staff, poor sales management, and complete lack of employee training. During the span of three weeks I left two voicemail messages during regular business hours. No returned call. On my third and final attempt, I got a human voice who I greeted cheerfully and advised I'm a repeat customer starting a new project requiring windows and doors. To begin a phone conversation with an owner or sales rep or phone receptionist and get silence in return is just so deflating. No "welcome back or "gee, thanks for your business". No, "Great, let me help you" or "let me get someone with you right away." After awkward silence, I asked if there was anyone available to assist me and I was informed I'd have to speak with Ron, the rep who wasn't in the store. I was provided Ron's number and called him, leaving yet another voicemail message (3rd one so far) yesterday morning. My patience with this location is finished. I would feel abused and foolish giving Pella my business at this time. Their product is good (not best by any stretch); their prices are high; and their service...well, judge for yourself from my experience. After being invited by Pella corporate to share my awful experience with Pella El Paso (see comments), not surprisingly, yet ironically, I was ignored by corporate in Iowa in the same manner I was ignored in El Paso.

Title: Avoid This Contractor - Unprofessional & Poor Workmanship…read more I hired Isack Berg through Angi for a home improvement project, and it has been a nightmare from start to finish. The project began on November 12, 2024, and was supposed to be completed by December 24, 2024--but the contractor continuously pushed back deadlines, delivered subpar work, and ignored major issues. To make matters worse, he gave two new, unvetted workers the keys to my house, and they trashed my home. I had to kick them out after weeks of negligence. I begged them to fix my home, having already paid $22,000 plus $4,500 in materials, but they simply did not care. I gave them numerous chances. When Isack finally returned on January 20 for a walkthrough to assess the damages his workers caused, he ignored my messages for days--only replying on January 26 to say he'd come on January 27. After working for just six hours, he disappeared again, with no calls or updates from January 28-30. He constantly blames me and his workers for everything that's wrong, rather than taking responsibility. If he truly wanted to fix these issues, he would show up and communicate. I can not allow him or his crew back in my home. I am scared who he shares my house keys with. I have no respect nor trust in this company and the people that run it. Key Problems: Missed Deadlines & No-Shows - The contractor repeatedly failed to show up as scheduled and ignored my messages for days. Poor Workmanship - The walls and ceilings were improperly skim-coated and are now cracking. The roof was left incomplete, exposing my home to potential damage. Electrical Issues - No lights installed in my spare bathroom or great room, and my laundry room has been unusable for over three months. Out-of-Pocket Repairs - I had to spend $450 to fix a rotting front window sill, and I am still dealing with additional issues. Despite my repeated efforts to work with them, this contractor refused to correct the problems and showed zero accountability. Save yourself the stress, time, and money--find a real professional instead! * I have over 300 pictures * 8 videos* 2 lic/bonded contractors walk throughs reports #ConstructionFail #BadContractor #HomeImprovementNightmare

A-Mountain Construction & Roofing exceeded every expectation we had, and I cannot recommend them…read morehighly enough. From start to finish, Taylor and his entire team demonstrated an exceptional level of professionalism, integrity, and commitment to quality that is truly rare. What initially began as a roof replacement turned into something far more complex, and this is where their dedication truly stood out. Rather than simply addressing the surface issue, Taylor and his team took the time to thoroughly investigate and identify the root cause of the problem. It turned out the leaks were not just due to a previous roofing issue, but also related to the brickwork outlining the top of our home. Instead of overlooking this, they remained persistent and solution-focused until the problem was fully resolved. The craftsmanship throughout the project was outstanding. The stucco work was impeccable, blending seamlessly and elevating the overall appearance of our home. Inside, the ceiling repairs were handled with great care and precision; Jose's sheetrock work was exceptional, restoring everything beautifully and with evident pride in his work. Every member of the team was respectful, communicative, and highly professional. They showed up on time, kept the worksite clean, and treated our home with the utmost care throughout the entire process. Most importantly, we now have complete peace of mind; no more leaks, and our family home looks absolutely beautiful. Thanks to A Mountain Construction, our home is not only restored but truly market-ready. If you are looking for a company that stands behind their work, solves problems the right way, and delivers high-quality results, A Mountain Construction is the team to trust. They are so good, I have recommended them to neighbors and other neighbors have seen their work and contacted them. I have also called A-Mountain back for other jobs they never turn down! You can't go wrong! 100% contact anytime I need something!

We purchased a house in Las Cruces from out of state. During the inspection the inspector said that…read morethere were issues with the drains on the flat roof. So the previous owner had A Mountain Roofing come out to do maintenance / repairs and the repairs that were supposed to be guaranteed! I can only imagine what the previous owner paid for said work. We had a leak so we contacted A Mountain Roofing. Name withheld came out to inspect their work / the drain and roof. He said that the pipe in the roof was cracked! Then proceeded to tell me that the roof needed OVER $20k in maintenance / repairs! The same person also told me that to fix the leak would be over $1,100.00 to repair and another $400.00 for drywall. We called another company and they came out then pulled the cover and inspected the drain. They asked to use the garden hose to run water in the drain just past where the roof meets the drain. They ran water for approximately 10 minutes with no leaking. And said that they would send a crew out to re-coat the inlet to the drain. Then that night we got rain and NO LEAKS. I then contacted the A Mountain employee and said that he was wrong and the issue was the coating around the inlet of the drain. He then accuse me of lying to him. Why would I lie to him? I just wanted the leak / drain fixed The company that fixed the leak charged $250.00 and asked if I knew the paint code or color so they could texture and paint. I told them I have paint and needed to do some touching up I will take care of that. Remember the quote from A Mountain of OVER $1,500.00 and that didn't include painting where the leak caused the paint to fall off. My worthless .02 cents is go ANYWHERE but A Mountain Roofing for roofing‼ The A Mountain employee was a smooth talker and a SALESMAN and could have cared less about the situation that should have been his responsibility! ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
