All you have to do is put a check mark next to the dishes you want, and flag the waitress/waiter over, and hand it to him/her. I have tried their dim sum, with the selection being limited, but they do offer a bit more on weekends and holidays. The barbecue pork rice was a generous portion and comes with some Chinese greens. The wonton noodle soup is also very good, portion again is generous, and also is served with Chinese greens and scallion. Other items I have also tried include the pan fried beef ho fan, century egg and lean pork congee, and one of the clay pot rices. We also had two noodle plates: Singapore Noodle and Beef and Rice Noodle. The noodle rolls were really good, as well as all the dumplings and buns. Everything else was just okay, but for the price I can't really complain.
