This was my second time to use Green Oaks PT. I chose to go here again for several reasons. First is how they treat you! The minute I walk in the door I'm greeted with a smile and by name from Lauren at the front desk! Within a minute my PT, Bree, does the same! I feel welcomed and valued! Bree works with me for about 45 minutes on goals she has set for my individual needs. Bree is friendly and professional. She explains everything in detail including how and why. Then she watches to make sure I'm doing it right and tells me how to corrects my form if needed. All the PTs and assistants are cleaning the equipment after use so everything is sanitary. On the way out Lauren makes future appointments that fit my agenda. Lauren has no problem with rearranging appointments if needed. Green Oaks PT is easy to find. It's right off I-20 next to Hooters! Parking is ample and safe. Bree advised me that there are fewer people there on Tuesdays and Thursdays so that's when Lauren scheduled my appointments. I could have gone to a PT that was closer but I chose to drive a little farther because I felt welcomed and valued at Green Oaks PT. read more

I have had a very good experience at each of my visits, starting from the moment I first entered the waiting area. Everyone is friendly and outgoing. It is good to see how well the therapists and PT's work together among themselves as they interact with all the patients. I appreciate that the office personnel, therapists, and PT's all address me by my first name instead of more formally (Mrs. Lambert). The ones working with me have been very helpful in demonstrating or explaining how to do each exercise. I like the feeling of encouragement I receive as I read the various quotes on the walls/mirrors. My only negative comment is about actually finding your building location. This is a FANTASTIC place for physical therapy. I was blessed to have Sarah as my therapist, but the entire staff was friendly, professional, compassionate, helpful, and knowledgeable. From the front desk to the back area for therapy, I felt comfortable. I always felt like that everyone there had my concerns and comfort as their "top job". I had one "bad health" day there and was immediately taken care of...their concern was my health and well-being. I could go on for hours about the personnel at this facility and also about the quality of care given here. I have been at other facilities but never had the care and quality of therapy as I had at Green Oaks Physical Therapy. I highly recommend this facility. I have just finished my second physical therapy experience at Green Oaks/Little Rd. Kevin and his team are tops from the front desk to the PT.s and PT Aides. Everyone has been encouraging, upbeat and professional. Our goal was to regain mobility and make pain a distant memory after knee replacement surgery. The exercises have been very helpful and Ashley has advised me on what to continue at home and now I'll be able to add water aerobics to walking as I continue improving. They were able to treat me through the Pandemic by making sure that all equipment was cleaned between use, patients were spaced out and masks were worn. I was sad to leave them today because they have supported me through another difficult period of my life and I have healed well due to their help. read more

I had a very long journey with plantar fasciitis, a stress fracture, and a tendon issue that landed me in surgery. Post surgery my doctor sent me to GOPT. From walking in the door to my last visit after ten weeks, I could not have been happier with my care. The front desk staff is very nice and willing to find information, text reminders about appointments, and my PT Lindsey was amazing. She cared about my progress and goals. She talked to me about where I want to go in Terms of fitness goals, helped manage my pain and my rehab. Cleanliness was top priority even before the covid crisis. I cannot say enough good things about this Green Oaks Therapy location! I experienced a very serious injury and suffered a compression fracture in my spine. My line of work is very active and has me performing at a level of high intensity every day. I'm at the end of my 6 month recovery now and have made so much progress thanks to the therapists here. They are so attentive, caring and are always going above and beyond to think of new exercises and guide you through your recovery. I worked with Nicole at the start of me recovery process and was with Sarah at the end when I switched over to Work Conditioning. I take my elementary age son here and our experience has been wonderful. The staff is motivated to try new therapies/techniques and the equipment is great. They really know my son's history and frequently check in with me to see what is improving and what isn't. One of the staff members is even a professor in a PT program nearby. Even though the clients are mostly adults, they are just as good if not better than other pedi-focused PTs (mainly Cook Children) my son has used in the past. They turn his exercises into games and work to incorporate his interests. I was hesitant to choose a non-pediatric PT; This was a much closer option for us and I'm so glad I gave them a chance. Because I like to be physically active, I have a tendency for injuries. When self-treatment fails, I know I need professional help. Green Oaks Physical Therapy is my "Go To" for physical rehabilitation. GOPT is easy to get to with parking right in front, the Reception staff is knowledgeable & helpful, the facility is spacious with plenty of equipment and the overall vibe is upbeat. Most importantly, what really draws me to them is my Physical Therapist, Hazel who has a PHD. Twice now, Hazel has been "Right On" with my diagnosis and treatment. This place is amazing! The people make the process much easier, from the front desk ladies who are so friendly when you sign in, to all the workers who work together. The owner is hands on and helps as well. I improved much faster when I started therapy for my torn acl & mcl. Sara was amazing and helped me tremendously to improve. Sam was very helpful and was there for help. Both Sara and Sam where very personable and willing to listen to concerns, and talk to you to get to know you. Today is my last day because I am back to normal. I am sad that I will not be coming back, I will miss the people. I wish I remembered everyone's names so I could mention them too. Stephen Kreul, DPT completed all of my assessments & scheduled my PT program. He was my go to PT & boosted my confidence that I was going to get better! When I started my physical therapy after knee surgery I couldn't walk or put weight on that leg. The entire staff was instrumental in getting me back to walking and a normal daily life. From the front desk to the therapist. I'm not good at this but I'm gonna try. I went to GOPT for a left knee replacement PT, I couldn't be any more impressed, from the moment I walked in I felt welcome. The entire staff talked to me like they have known me forever, that really helps when your scared to death like I was! Green Oaks Physical Therapy has its business together. From when you sign in the front desk, they move you quickly to your therapy. Once you start your workout you are constantly monitored and moving thru the exercise circuit until the last one is finished. The staff that takes care of you is very attentive, having their eyes on you constantly. Finish up with some ice for the injuries area. Green Oaks PT on I-20 in south Arlington is an excellent facility. Kevin and his team are knowledgeable, professional and always a smile. I'm impressed with how well the team works together and support each other. When working my routine if I need help or equipment my therapist and assistant anticipate my needs, bring the equipment to me and if they are busy, someone always stop and asks what they can do for me. Everyone there is great!!! Sara, my PT, was awesome! The front desk ladies are so friendly and helpful in getting things started, and all of the PTAs were great to work with and would pitch in to help quickly. Sara and the others work to make sure that you are getting the needed exercises and stretches, but also being careful to make sure that nothing is "overdone" on the muscles and joints. My second time going to this great clinic. It has been 3 weeks since I finished my knee therapy after surgery and I feel great. My first time was after my shoulder surgery 8 months ago and it still feels like new. The therapists and associates are friendly, warm and very knowledgeable.
