I started going to Path & Wellness for upper and lower chronic back pain back in January 2020. I knew an MA that worked there for a long time and she kept going on about how great the staff was and how amazing the treatment is. I can say with confidence that this is one of THE best chiropractor/physical therapist companies. They don't just massage you and adjust you like most do. They take it deeper to find out why you keep hurting and work with you to understand how you can fix it even at home on your own with ways to adjust you life so as not to live with pain. I love it every time I come here; I was coming 3 times a week, then 2 and now once a week. I have seen major improvement in my flexibility of my body and feeling in my back. They staff is so friendly and hilarious; Ivy and Lori (hope I spelt that right) really take an interest and get to know each patient to assist them differently with their therapy; because not everyone is the same at therapy. Dr Bryan is is great at adjusting you and you never get that creepy vibe from him. It's quite the opposite; he makes it relaxing and just feels like a good friend that you have known who is adjusting your bones. The physical therapist, Suzanne, works wonders with your body; she makes you feel and move like you never could and didn't know you could!!! She has taught me so much about what my body is capable of, and that I just need to unlock those capabilities. Jennifer was my massage therapist and she really got deep into my tissue and worked out so many problems for me. She's definitely the one to ask for if you are just wanting a massage; hands of magic. I'm so glad that I decided to get my back problems fixed and even more happier that I went with Path & Wellness as my guide through this journey to being free of back pain!! I can't say enough wonderful things about Path to Wellness and their staff! First off their facility is beautiful, clean and relaxing! Their front desk staff are so warm and friendly! I was having extreme weakness in one of my lower extremities. It was difficult to bear full weight on that side. I went to see Dr. Lauren Letz (owner) and she recommended trigger point dry needling and a medical massage. She told me it would take 1-2 days to see the improvement. Man was she right! After two days my muscles had relaxed and I was feeling 100% better! Since then I have gone back for medical massages and they have helped me tremendously! Its more than a massage at a regular massage spa. The therapist really talk to you and get to the core of where your pain is coming from. Aletha is one of the therapist that I have really seen benefits from. She spent extra time even when my session was over to make sure that she had relaxed all of the muscles that were giving me trouble. GO HERE! I walked in here straight from a car accident (they got me in RIGHT AWAY for xrays on my insurance) and helped get my spine back into alignment. Since then (3 years ago) I've returned to see Dr. Roberts or Dr. Salazar for everything from a strangely tweaked muscle to a long-standing sports injury in my knee. Heads up... if you do PT after your adjustment it includes STIM which is when they put these little pads on a few areas of your back and give you electrical stimulation and it does wonders for relief! Pam and Sheila will get you set up in PT- they are very knowledgeable and attentive. My lower back was also saved by Amy, one of the massage therapists who does muscle testing to figure out what is actually wrong instead of just kneading the symptom area. Everyone there (from the front desk on back) is lovely and friendly and cares about your well-being. When they ask about your day, they really want to know. My dad has been seeing Dr. Letz for years and has always raved about "his chiropractor" --extremely pleased and always talking about his treatments and service from everyone at Path to Wellness. I walked into Path to Wellness 6 months after walking away from a head on collision car accident that messed up my hips, neck, and back up so bad that I was unable to sit down. I didn't know much about Chiro care but Lauren and the staff educated me and cared for me and my wife until we were in better shape than before. Recently, my 11yr old daughter started having some growing pains that seemed to be impeding her ability to sustain activity while playing soccer. We called and explained to the staff and made an appointment. My daughter had never been in for this type of treatment and she was made to feel very comfortable and when we walked out she told me that she now knows why I like this place so much. I LOVE Path to Wellness Chiropractic! I have been going to Dr. Letz and Pam for many years (shortly after they opened). I had never seen a chiropractor before, but I knew that I needed it with my active lifestyle. For a short while, I went to another chiropractor closer to my home, and actually regressed in my care. The doctors and staff at Path to Wellness Chiropractic are extremely caring, knowledgable, and friendly. I became an acute patient in 2008 with a herniated disc in my low back. I had an MRI, physical therapy, and pain medicine, all of which did nothing to ease my pain. I started acupuncture which helped with the pain but wasn't correcting the injury. I came to Path to Wellness and began an intense therapy program which stopped the pain, corrected the herniation, and SAVED ME FROM HAVING SURGERY! I am still a maintenance patient and have referred a lot of my friends for treatment, all of whom have had great results and have been very pleased with their treatment and care. I never believed in chiropractic help for aches and pains. Unless medical treatment included drugs and or surgery it wasn't real medicine. As a matter of fact I placed chiropractors right up there with faith healers and psychic surgeons. Treatment at Path to Wellness has completely reversed my opinion about chiropractic therapy. Due to a multitude of issues my lower back and shoulder hurt so much I was nearly incapacitated. Dr. Letz and her staff at Path to Wellness worked diligently and after a few sessions including adjustments, decompression, electrical muscle stimulation and dry needling my back and shoulder are feeling 100% better. Discovered Path to Wellness when an orthopedic injury occurred few years past which lead to numerous issues health issues dealing with pain. Multiple physicians later and the referral came from orthopedic doctor. Taking the referral to Path to Wellness has changed my health dramatically.
