Dealing with people of integrity is a pleasure. A team of 8 dedicated teammates showed up in a timely fashion on job day ready for work. Each knew what was expected of him, finished it efficiently, then moved to the next step. Nobody moved slowly. The work was finished in far less time than I thought possible and presented a beauty that was beyond our expectation. That's not the end of the story, however. I planned to put Riverstone inside this beautiful border two weeks later but discovered a problem early Friday evening that needed attention before the stone's arrival the next morning. My telephone call seeking help was pleasantly received and after some juggling, this gentleman told me that he would be there to solve the problem. He showed up in time, fixed it, and the stone's installation went smoothly. It is such a pleasure to deal with a company such as Border Masters where you feel like you are being treated as if you were a member of their own family.

It was a fair price, and it was so lovely to come home to a pretty yard after a long day at work. I know it's inconvenient to come out once to do a yard and not be a monthly service, but my husband for whatever reason is just fully against having a lawn service. So usually he manages it, but in this situation he was told he needed to travel for two weeks for work and only got a 48 hour notice, so he didn't get a chance to do his regular yard work. I'm allergic to the entire florida outdoors, so if I was to do the yard, people would think I'd have covid the next three days. So Kevin saved the day and told me I'm welcome to call him any time if something like this pops up again. Thank you so much!

They completed all the work extremely efficiently and were super friendly throughout the process, asking me questions about my preferences and paying superb attention to details on cleanup after working on any sprinklers that required lifting the grass in that area. Left stumps unfinished, and yard mess. Had additional work to get done, and they did not show up on they day they set up appointment and there was no call or communication to give us heads up. Good luck to have them honor appointments they set up, or answer your calls once they have left and you have paid them. Don't pay until you inspect very carefully what they have done and approve it. Expect nothing in terms of them fixing all aspects that need to be re-done properly or your property replaced or fixed. They will tell you "it happens". Had to get water pipe repaired after they left... didn't realize it was broken till after they left as it was storming and pouring rain when they left and several days after. Disappointed in post job treatment/ non service from them after ongoing calls, emails and texts to them, nada, crickets. However, they will call you and be in touch when they want to get paid. It's not always about what someone does, but also what they don't do and whether they have integrity or not. Actions speak louder than words.

Up until recently never had a bad experience and always left thinking about what would be next on the list! However, just had my first bad experience after 20+ years very recently. Involved a written quote obtained while in their office regarding the specifics of the job, and after the service was completed - I was yelled at and cursed on a phone call afterwards - a proposed 50% a increase in price was demanded for the job completed. Legal action was threatened if I did not comply. Ironically - less items on the list were completed and manpower present had decreased from 3 to 2 workers. Reason - that their written quote had been wrong - only discovered after the job was finished and the crew had left. Long story short, won't go back ever. Payment based on original written quote - sent.

If I could give zero stars I would…read more Mauricio is a very unethical and fraudulent contractor. Please do not ever use Mauricio and Superior Renovations Tampa for any project. Working with him and his company has been by far the worse experience in my life. Mauricio has taken over two months to finish our BBQ which started January 29, 2024. As of today the BBQ isn't even done (April 4, 2024). Mauricio has given us countless excuses, told me we owned him $2600 more which wasn't on the contract. I paid him this money and he has not returned to finish our outdoor kitchen. The gas isn't hooked up and there are significant issues with the project. Excuse after excuse from him and I have been very patient. He is refusing to answer any of my calls and keeps telling me he will finish the project but is not following through. He took all of the remaining money I shouldn't have paid him and he ran with it. Now we have no BBQ and spent a lot of our savings with him for an unfinished project. Do not use this company unless you want him running with your money.
