They proposed a revamp at $7,000. Although they cleaned my pond once, and continue to send me emails, Dave has not returned any of my phone calls in over a year. I think customer service is tantamount when providing public services. Dave has proved over the past year that his services are based on the all mighty dollar verses building a network of loyal customers who pay for services rendered. A clean out is between $350.-$700. And yet he hasn't found time to return my calls to schedule time to do this. Sadly, my initial encounter with him was pleasant.

Our yard was very overgrown with a lot of branches laying around since the last mowing last year (which i did). They did multiple passes to cut it all down and did an excellent job. We will be continuing to use there service as their weekly rate seems as reasonable as their initial rate for the major cleanup.
