My white couch that the dogs think is theirs was white again. The two toilets that had rings that I had been scrubbing for 2 months were now gone. Most don't do windows but I could tell they had given my bedroom and living room windows a wipe down, I could see the blue sky again. I didn't ask them to make the bed but it was made up so nicely! We felt like we had won the lottery that night. My partner kept asking when they were coming back lol. I spend all my time outside working in the yard. B/c we have a short summer the last thing I want to do is be inside cleaning. It's great to be outside but it means the housecleaning gets ignored. I am so grateful we found Green and Serene. I have a mixed review of J & S because when we needed same day service for a clogged kitchen sink…read moredrain, they were available in the emergency. They also took a look at a few other items that I needed fixing but were not emergencies and we got them in the schedule to be fixed. The first visit, they were friendly and professional. The second visit was for an upstairs bathroom sink fix and I felt like I was getting charge a bit more than I thought I should. The third visit, they spend a few hours working on an outside hose bib and then went to show my wife what was completed and she turned on the bib to check it and it still was doing the exact same thing. They took a few more minutes and flipped a gasket and it was fixed but all the other time seemed wasted. The business owners were also 45 minutes late to that third appointment and then fought with each other in front of our house. Very unprofessional. Then, they left the hose bib with a big hole instead of buttoning everything up.
