I HAD several…read moreseams that were shredding thanks to our cat, and after 11 years the carpet had stretched in the upstairs hallway and on the staircase. These folks arrived at the exact time they had stated, did a quick walk-through and got right to work. Alex stretched carpet in several areas and his wife repaired doorway seams simultaneously. We had thought we might need new carpet but decided to try Alexander's, just to see. WHAT A FANTASTIC JOB!!! Our carpets looked as good as new and we no longer think it needs to be replaced.
