I needed a very reliable cab to take my son from Oakland to an early, critically important surgery appointment at Kaiser Medical Center in Richmond. I talked to Bob, discussed details and then confirmed them online. He is a pleasure to work with, helpful, friendly, professional, and I felt confident would get my son to his surgery appointment on time, which he did even arriving early. This cab company has 3 different phone numbers and they don't realize it. I called this place as a back up and said they would be at my place in 10 minutes. Nobody showed up so I drove myself to where I needed to go. Some where along my driving I got a call - assuming it was them - I didn't answer as I was already pissed and didn't feel like cursing someone out. I don't get why cabs are not dependable (at least in the Bay Area) these people live off of driving cabs and making fares and apparently these people don't care for money to give people who will pay them to take them somewhere!

The person on the phone,"Sam", took my information and told me that I will be picked up at the agreed time. When the day and time came up and after 10 minutes waiting outside, I called them asking for an update on my ride and the excuse I got was that "Sam" was out and another taxi was on it's way but "it will be 20 minutes", he said. After half an hour waiting I called another company. Unreliable company but if you want to worry about being picked up or not and have some extra time to wait for a taxi this is the company to go.
