Da Scene: Call or email before your trip, they can accommodate last minute booking, but try to book a day in advance. They have several vehicles, let them know how many passengers, accurate count/size of luggage and departure time. Da Service: They normally arrive 10-15 minutes early to load luggage etc. Vehicles have been clean and comfy, water available as well. Couple of times we were in peak traffic, alternate routes were taken and we stayed on schedule. Da End Game: They drop-off and pickup in the limo service areas at the airports, so no rushed drop-offs or pickups. I told the lady on the phone that I had a previous bad experience with a different taxi service and she made sure to not only confirm with me the day before, but the driver would also call me beforehand to double confirm he was coming. Saywe was very professional. I emailed her my flight information and she confirmed by email the pick-up time. She showed up at my door right on time, 6:30am. The car was clean (inside and out). Saywe was a very safe driver. On my return flight, I was able to catch an earlier flight home (earlier by 1 hr). I was nervous that they might not get my message in time, but Saywe called me back right away and was very flexible. We have used this service twice now, and have been very pleased. But our most recent experience was EXCEPTIONAL. We were delayed 4 hours by a snowstorm in Newark. We gave our driver the wrong flight number by accident. Despite that, the driver checked on our flight number on her own, then arrived at the expected arrival time (10 PM), only to learn once she was at the airport that the flight would be VERY late. (She was told the flight would not arrive util "after midnight," meaning at least a 2 hour wait.) It turned out we were not done with collecting our luggage until 2 AM (another glitch -- the airline misplaced a whole cart of luggage). Nonetheless, she was there for us, cheerfully so, and promptly drove us home (an hour drive) in a driving rain storm. We strongly recommend this company -- a mom & pop operation that is courteous, responsible, professional, and very competitively priced. read more

I got scared reading the review of other airport shuttle service near my place, so I took a chance and called Direct Airport Shuttle. I picked them since they were in the same town where I live. The morning of the pick up I was prepared for the worst and ready to them a scream if they arrive late. Well at the exact hour they called and was waiting for me outside the house. The driver was one of the owner and we got talking about what they did before. The company used to have a taxi company in Berkeley in the past and has been in the transportation business for more than 15 years. The driver was friendly and very accommodating. My review and experience is based on dealing with Mrs. Singh. My sister in law was to drive my daughter and I to the airport but the day before something came up. Mrs. Singh had driven her sister to the airport a few months prior so she called her. Mrs. Singh was available and gave us the information of the car she would be in (Lincoln Town Car) and time. She was very friendly and we talked some and had quiet time on the way to the airport. We were quite early as she didn't want to chance getting stuck in traffic which I appreciate as I am the same way. Returning home the Saturday before Easter close to midnight again my sister in law wasn't able to make it and called me after calling Mrs. Singh close to 8:30 PM for the pickup. She again was available and as I was looking for her phone number she called and said she was waiting very closeby (as security doesn't tolerate you sitting in passenger pickup area) and would be there in less than 5 minutes. Sure enough, she was there very promptly and it was so nice to sit back and relax as I had some medical issues while gone and pretty bad pain in my leg. Again, she was very friendly and asked how our Karate tournament in Las Vegas was. It is always nice when someone remembers you and something personal to relate to. On a recent trip to Maui we used this service to take us and pick us up from the Oakland Airport. We had an early morning flight and a mid evening flight and both times the drivers arrived 5-10 minutes early with doors open and ready to help with our luggage. Fantastic service. We used Direct Airport Service for a 530 AM pickup to go to SFO. They were there right at 530 AM and had us to SFO in plenty of time for our departing flight. I'm going to keep this review short, simple and too the point. They arrived about ten minutes early and quietly waited outside in the street for our pick up. The SUV was clean and quiet and we made it too the airport early like we wanted to. For our trip home, she called to let us know she was waiting in the lot and to let her know when we were ready for our trip home. We used this service to go from Pinole to SFO and another time to go to OAK and be picked up when we returned. Their service was outstanding, competitively priced, courteous and we had absolutely no issues with it. Once we went by Tesla, a treat, and the other time by a new Ford suv. Why People who are doing business don't have Tcp license if I were you I would be very carefull because on Jan 14 I made reservation with there company to go to SFO airport at the air port the airport caps pulled him over and I was in the towncar and the cop asked him do you have tcp and he sad I don't know about the tcp license because he did not have one and the cop asked me and the drive to step out side off the towncar and they towed his car because he had no tcp at the time I requested the cops to let me I have a flight to cache so I had to walk with my 2 large bags the worst service I have ever taken so please be very carefull about this Company I would recommend this company to any one no no . read more

I have used this company in the past to get to the airport and continue to be impressed with their service. I was going to be traveling on an international flight and needed to be at SFO airport 3 hours early. Leaving from the East Bay I was worried about traffic and was not sure what time I needed to be picked up. They suggested a time and assured me they would check the traffic report and contact me if it looked like we needed to leave earlier. They got me to the airport in plenty of time. You can also arrange for them to pick you up upon your return, which I did. Once you obtain your luggage and give them a call they are there within 10 minutes.
