I needed a very reliable cab to take my son from Oakland to an early, critically important surgery appointment at Kaiser Medical Center in Richmond. I talked to Bob, discussed details and then confirmed them online. He is a pleasure to work with, helpful, friendly, professional, and I felt confident would get my son to his surgery appointment on time, which he did even arriving early. I plan to use Bob's service in the future and am most grateful to have found him.

They instantly answered and offered to provide service, which was greatly appreciated unfortunately, the lady I ordered the cab for got up and ran out of my store with no explanation. I went ahead and did the due diligence to contact "Bob" letting him know of what happened. He decided to call me at my phone number and proceed to say "Are you dumb? Gas is expensive" to which I tried to explain to him the situation, but he hung up on me. I called back to talk to a manager, and he said he was the manager and continued to be disrespectful. I do not recommend anyone use this service. They are extremely disrespectful and do not know how to conduct business.

I called this place as a back up and said they would be at my place in 10 minutes. Nobody showed up so I drove myself to where I needed to go. Some where along my driving I got a call - assuming it was them - I didn't answer as I was already pissed and didn't feel like cursing someone out. I don't get why cabs are not dependable (at least in the Bay Area) these people live off of driving cabs and making fares and apparently these people don't care for money to give people who will pay them to take them somewhere!

The person on the phone,"Sam", took my information and told me that I will be picked up at the agreed time. When the day and time came up and after 10 minutes waiting outside, I called them asking for an update on my ride and the excuse I got was that "Sam" was out and another taxi was on it's way but "it will be 20 minutes", he said. After half an hour waiting I called another company. Unreliable company but if you want to worry about being picked up or not and have some extra time to wait for a taxi this is the company to go.

Called ahead several hours for a pickup, specified time and place, driver (Brad?) confirmed. However when I phoned him at 10 mins overdue, he said he was busy with an out of town call and not available for a few hours. The guy just blew me off without a word, did Not call me, leaving me waiting for a cab that was not coming !
